Charming property in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Great breakfast options and good drinks. The rooms in general are clean and well appointed, but when you look closely, they need a little TLC. Since the property is in the closed downtown area of the city, you have to walk to the corner to get a taxi of to load/unload luggage. Like most of San Miguel, this is not a good place to visit if you have mobility problems. Most of the rooms have inward looking windows only which may be a little clausfophobic for some.

One of the most magical hotels I've ever stayed at, absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing. The room was beautiful. Pool was awesome.

Our visit to L'Otel Casa Arca is one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. First, it is located in the pedestrian-only part of Zona Central. There are parks, shopping and restaurants ALL around. and it is clean, clean, clean!
The staff is extremely competent and very friendly. And the restaurant is top notch. Food tasted great and the presentation wss supurb. I want to qualify that by saying each of the many, many restaurants nearby seemed like the best restaurant I'd ever been too. Maybe I just don't get out enough.....

Amazing place. Our room was fantastic and we didn’t want to leave. Service was great and the place was very clean. Def went above our expectations and would recommend to everyone

We had an incredible four night stay at L'otel Casa Arca. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel design and rooms are gorgeous, the service was impeccable, and the location just perfect in the heart of SM but on a quiet, pedestrian street. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and huge, and the rooftop pool and lounge areas are stunning. I would not hesitate to stay here if you are lucky enough to visit San Miguel. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
