We had a wonderful time during our stay in San Miguel. The hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. It’s two blocks to the Church and main square. Don’t forget to sit and enjoy the dancing and music on the weekends.
Service was impeccable. Whatever we needed, the hotel staff was prompt and attentive. A bonus, they kindly upgraded our room which was fantastic! Robes provided were super soft and plushy.
The staff helped us with all transportation, it made it easy to explore the area. Beautiful property. We will definitely stay here again. Mucho gracias, MX

Un hotel bellísimo con un estilo contemporáneo bien definido, las habitaciones muuuy cómodas, el servicio del spa extraordinario, tiene elementos históricos en el inteior muy interesantes, Speakeasy acogedor y la cocina es de otro nivel.

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel es muy lindo, pero el estacionamiento queda a 20min. Por las noches no hay agua caliente y en el día tarda mucho en salir y se desperdicia mucha agua en esa espera. La atención no es buena: nunca llegaron las botellas de agua que pedimos. El hotel sería bastante bueno si mejoraran al menos todo eso. No estoy segura de querer regresar.

Todo excelente… desde el hotel muy lindo y acogedor, el servicio increible y una super ubicacion, a unos cuantos pasos del zocalo. Definitivamente regresaria!

Excelente hotel, muy atentos todos..! Volveremos El personal es muy atento y el servicio esta mejor de lo que pensabamos. LA calidad de la habitación y los alimentos en rest y la cafetería, tienene precios muy buenos. El SPA está increible.!

No me gustó que no servía el aire en una recámara. Pues se apagaba a cada rato y se quedaba parpadeando una luz.
