Nice property with helpful staff. As with many hotels in Mexico, the acoustic makes the hotel little noisy

Very friendly and efficient staff.
Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds.
Had one of the best Hot Club sandwiches I've ever had at the restaurant/bar, and pricing was great!

The property has a lot of potential. The building is cute, but the location is a bit farther from Centro than what I had expected. The staff was helpful enough, but didn't really ever go above and beyond what we asked for. I was disappointed to learn that there is no A/C in the hotel, or in the rooms. For some reason, I thought there was A/C. That was probably my error. I asked for some extra pillows, but they said they didn't have any. I asked for a table fan, or a floor fan, again, they don't have them. There are ceiling fans, but the room was still extremely warm....borderline uncomfortable.
