I just recently got back from Ramon's Village Resort and I would like to say a few things about my visit. So, ill start by saying it was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had. Lets start by The front desk The front desk crew was the best. They were very informative and friendly, they responded to questions promptly and were genuinely happy to see us. The room, the room was spacious and clean. We had an abundance of towels and other user-friendly supplies as well. The room was always clean and ready for us on our daily return. The wait staff, the staff was very friendly and informative however they could be slow at times. My wife waited 45 minutes for a cup of coffee, she got it herself. I know things can be busy however, a table of 6 to 8 should not be hard to take care of. I would like to mention sometimes there were 20 of us so I get why this could be daunting. The food, the food was excellent and plentiful. So no issue in this department. The dive crew, I am not a diver but my wife is I just went out on the boat. The boat captain Elmer was excellent and very confident. the deck hand was also excellent. The dive masters were according to my wife, were super sharp and talented and talking with the other divers in the group, they were treated exceptionally. So let me do a recap Front Desk went above and beyond Rooms were top notch Food was excellent but perhaps an addition of pizza might be a big hit. Wait staff could be a bit slow but all were friendly and helpful Dive staff was the best no more needs to be said about the best If I had to dink on something it would be the coffee. It was almost always cold or luke warm. Otherwise a great trip and we will be back.
