Our hotel experience was great. We loved the location and the spacious hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again.

Everything was great, only issue was the lack of a bar. Would have been nice to get a fruity cocktail with dinner.

I was a little leery of the property location when we first drove up given how busy the street was. I was pleasantly surprised once we entered the jungle of the trees. There was little street noise and the place was great. Restaurant food was delicious. Staff was more than amazing. It was so convenient to get anywhere. Driving and excursions were also great from Ramon’s. I highly recommend.
One thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, stay on the beach site.

The beach house was excellence but all around poor dirty, no good drinks & no good food ! All Riffs dead!

Ramon’s Village was exceptional! The property was gorgeous and extremely well kept. It was right in town and convenient to everything. The on site restaurant, Pineapple’s served a variety of delicious foods breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waitstaff was delightful and diligent. Ramon’s made it easy to schedule and participate in activities/excursions, everything from daily scuba dives, snorkeling, cave tubing, fishing and so much more. Or you could spend the day at the lovely pool or beach right on the property. But best of all was the graciousness of the entire staff at Ramon’s. They made it feel like home. We will definitely be going back for another stay!

Property and rooms were beautiful. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Pickup to and from the dock to the hotel was really nice. Hotel was conveniently located so most things were easy to walk to.

The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff is excellent. We were able to check in 3 hours early which was fantastic!!
My only negative comment would be the street noise for the jungle rooms.
