Human faeces back flowed up the bathroom sink. Bathroom mirror broken edge was dangerous. Bathroom door water damaged & couldn’t close it. Unable to leave window open for any air. horrendous noise from school & nightlife. No reception & no check in/out instructions. Had to leave property due to bathroom issue -no contact from owner regarding problem but charged full fee anyway.

Amazing stay. Great location, definitely surprised with how good it was. The owner was very friendly and brilliant value for money! We would return. Thankyou hotel talia for an amazing stay

Location: ideal location if you are looking to staying in old town San Sebastián. Minutes away from everything. There are multiple bus station just a walking distance away and tons of great restaurant just around the corner of the place. We stayed in room 1 during la gran semana which had tons of advantages but also disadvantage for us. It was very hot that week and the room didn’t have air conditioner so we slept with the window open. Which allowed us to hear all the sounds of the street. People were still gathering and partying til 6am every morning. There was a shared restroom in the hotel so no shower/toilet in the room. The Room: The room was kept well and clean during our stay and was very easy to check in. We arrived a bit earlier than check in time and they were nice to let us in the room. Check in and check out: both very easy to do.

Fantastic location in the middle of the Old Town, clean and nicely decorated room and helpful staff, all at a good price. Be aware that t's a lively area, and the rooms don't have aircon (only reason I'm not giving 5*), so hot nights with the window open mean plenty of chatter from the (lovely craft ale) bar below.

The Talaia was a lovely little pension, perfect for our two night stay in San Sebastian. Our room had the private ensuite, which I would recommend to other couples. As other reviews have mentioned, you can hear everything that is going on there, the walls are a bit thin, but it was fine for us, our neighbours were quiet and we were all considerate of each other. It was in a great neighbourhood for tapas, drinks, and shopping. We were walking distance to the maritime museum and aquarium, and the beach is close too. Unfortunately it was rainy and cool while we were there, but on a hot summer day you are in a great spot to visit the beach. The owner was helpful and very kind, we enjoyed our stay there.

Considering we were at ground level the apartment was very quiet. We were located close to some excellent pintxo bars, and an easy walk to the beach.

Good place

Un alojamiento estupendo para estancias cortas. Si es para muchos dias se queda un poco pequeño. Está excelentemente situado, muy cómodo para ir a todas partes a pie. Muy limpio. Cama cómoda

Nos ha gustado mucho el lugar, está bien ubicado y es una habitación acogedora
