We had a fantastic week at the Sport Hotel Exclusive. The hosts Barbara and Roman were so welcoming. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I hurt my knee skiing and they provided ice and advice to help me recover quickly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would definitely make a return visit.

Barbara, Roman and their staff provide a sincere welcome to their “ exclusive” hotel and deliver everything you could wish for in a quiet unassuming way that only provides the ultimate relaxation. The quality, variety and presentation of each and every food course can honestly be described as exceptional. ( I believe the chefs have been here many years but have definitely delighted many a connoisseurs taste buds in that time). The hotel reception area, lounges, outside covered seating provides the most comfortable & relaxing ambience for everyone. A games room, gym workout area, cycle store, ski store ( heated racks for boot/ ski drying) with internal & external easy access just add the icing on an already delicious cake too ! The pool, upstairs relaxation area ( Mountain View’s & outdoor seating), hot tub, together with an extensive spa, sauna, steam room, hot & cold foot whirlpools just provide that true after skiing therapy . The staff genuinely provide excellent service with a friendly welcoming demeanour. I’m trying to think of any recommendations or improvements, and I cannot think of anything. Will be returning in the summer. Thank you.

Recently stayed here as a group of 5 adults and all of us left blown away! A beautiful hotel with even better views, ran by some of the most natural hosts in the Dolomites. Whom occasionally during meal service would check in on tables and chat about their days in whatever the guests native language was. The food never failed to disappoint and the lasagne alone is worth a visit. Overall you will leave having felt like being looked after as if one of the family.

Just got back from a week with friends skiing. Lovely lovely hotel. Clean, spacious, welcoming, lovely rooms and spa was a great bonus! Staff very friendly, good breakfast choices and evening meals. We will definitely be back!!! Thankyou so much also for all the snow tips!

Everything was perfect; delightful staff, fabulous food, comfortable bedrooms. The spa was a delight after a day's skiing. We chose to store our skis and boots at the Miara lockers and would recommend this if you want to avoid the ski bus and walking in ski boots; it's an easy 10 minute walk to the lift and lockers.

Excellent hotel. Not posh or pretentious just professionally run by owner occupiers Barbara and Roman how have lived in the town for years. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I travelled with a friend for a weeks skiing. We booked two single rooms direct with hotel and hired a car from Innsbruck Airport because we wanted the flexibility to ski the Sella Ronda area. The deal for couples booking a double room through Crystal Ski represents excellent value for money. Lovely restaurant, great food, small but welcoming pool and Spa area. Overall excellent.

We feel like at home. Hotel is very clean and food was exelent. Parking in the garage is free so you dönt need yo bë afraid of Snowy. This was our 10th year of our visit. Exelent staff and owner. We will surely come again. Thanks for exelent holiday.

What a fantastic hotel! Great location , super facilities and wonderful food. Barbara, Roman and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel truly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we will definitely be returning.

A fantastic welcome is guaranteed by the owners Barbara and Roman. Roman is a fountain of knowledge and every day at breakfast informs us of the conditions on the mountain. The food is plentiful and beautifully cooked..The waiter Elio was efficient and friendly. A good location for skiing as the bus stop is immediately outside the hotel and only takes 5 minutes to get to the main lift to get you skiing.The ski room at the hotel is very good with excellent heated boot racks. The wellness area is spotlessly clean and well equipped,a great place to relax after a hard day’s skiing.The runs are predominantly blues and reds and are on long wide pistes. I would like to thank Roman and Barbara for their lovely welcome and I would recommend this hotel if you plan to ski in Kronpltz.
