Unfortunately, the room service accidentally took away my small pillow, which I had brought from home and which meant a lot to me. After asking the reception several times, the hotel did not respond to me in the form of compensation or anything similar. Several emails after the vacation were ignored. That really ruined my vacation. Unprofessional, what a shame!

Just great 👍 We were external tourists, called at 11:00 and reserved access to the Spa center and massages already at 15:00 ! It was so easy and well organized. Kind lady on the phone was exceptionally attentive to our request as well as the parking lady of the hotel greeted us with. Hotel and SPA team was just awesome! Sauna, Hammam, massages, baubles bath, little snacks and tea offered.. . all was perfect. We are very grateful, you made our day so relaxed and resourceful. Definitely to repeat 🔁

We stayed in August 2023 for a week. It’s important to know that most people drive and when you arrive they ask you to empty your car by reception, the staff label it, and then golf carts come to collect everything with your name and bring to your room. We had many small bags, and loose toys, but better would be fewer big bags. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and functional. The air conditioning works well and we had a lot of space in our room and balcony to relax. The room service every day is excellent, very fast and they do a good job. If you are not ground floor, the only way up is steps. The hotel is spread across many buildings, but nothing is too far to walk, it is a very nice design like a small village. Everyday the children’s entertainment is excellent. Andreo, Matteo and the entire animation team are so fantastic with the kids. Our 2 boys (4, 8) don’t speak Italian, but they ran everyday to mini club so full of excitement, and there was such a good program of events everyday. They swam in the sea, rode a pony, baked biscotti, did Luna park, and most importantly they made new friends. All over the hotel, day or night, a member of animation team would wave hello to our boys and greet them by name. The restaurant serves really good Italian food. There is a lot of healthy food choices as well as mountains of pasta, pizza, cakes, and other delicious treats. Many nights have a theme, like seafood night, and the choices leave nothing to be desired. All the hotel staff greet you very friendly and serve the food however you like, without any question. In the morning fresh made espresso is always good. After dinner the white bar team are excellent making cocktails, and the prices are very good. The mini disco, theatre show, and live music are all very good. Special mention though to the performance of Peter Pan the hotel team did, especially the actors in the leading roles of Peter and Wendy. The sport facilities are also excellent. When the kids were in mini club we enjoyed everyday the group cycling with Christina and Massimo. Tennis with Sara is a special highlight as I have never improved so much before as on this holiday, and she also coached my son and wife, who all improved a lot. The sports team with Roberto and Vlad make all the arrangements easy and simple, and everything is quick and easy to organise. Renting a bicycle from Thomas is also easy and fun to do, although plan for more than 1 hour cycling by the coast because the first Kilometers are all along the road next to the nature park and beach. We enjoyed the beautiful warm waters of the sea everyday, on the pristine clean beachc with small waves, and shallow water. Both of my boys got much more confident in water while here, thanks also to the mini club for that. The hotel has a very good shop, if you forget anything for holiday they will certainly have it. We stayed at Garden Toscana Resort as part of our trip through Italy, and we wish we could have stayed longer! We are a big group of 12 including four kids visiting from California, and we all agree that our five-night stay was one of our best holiday experiences ever! All the staff are so welcoming and really make you feel like a big family here; they always greeted us with a smile and stopped to chat with us every time they were passing by. From Matthias in the kids sports zone to Alice and Nassima and all the staff floating around making sure the guests are comfortable, everyone was so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Federico especially was so welcoming and kind, always making sure we know what activities were going on and giving us tips on the best things to see. The kids loved him! There was an abundance of activities, from the beach and kayaking to tennis, soccer, and paddle ball to biking and archery, the kids didn't want to leave at all, and neither did we! There was even an arcade with fun games for the kids that they enjoyed a lot too. Every night there was live music near the pool, dances for the kids, and shows in the theater that included a concert by Joe Romano and the Stolen Clippers--it was phenomenal! The service was really top-notch, with the resort being so generous with the meals they provide and always catering to the guests' comfort, really making us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming again on our next trip to Italy! Thank you to everyone at Garden Toscana Resort for a wonderful stay!

We went to this hotel for a week of dancing with an organised group. The hotel is huge and mainly tailored for Italian holidaymakers. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The gardens are very pretty with a large range of flowering plants a pine trees to provide shade. The private sandy beach is a fairly long walk through a pine forest along a private path but the beach is completely covered in loungers and umbrellas closely arranged. You are not allowed to use the loungers closest to the sea which are reserved for ‘prestige’ guests. The large swimming pool area was spoilt by continuous loud thumping music so it was impossible to use for relaxation. The restaurant was the worst experience in any hotel I have visited. Plastic tables and chairs closely packed and very noisy. To collect food you have to roam around the very large space to join a long queue for each type of food to be served. We had to queue for butter in a different place to the bread. By the time you get back to eat the food was cold. The food was generally of poor quality, dry bread and meat and over cooked canteen vegetables. The salad range was the same every day. The bar is next to the noisy swimming pool and is also next to the noisy show area in the evening so no peace again. There is a very large indoor theatre which compared well to any professional theatre but all the shows were comedy in Italian with little visual shows such as dancing-so we did not attend. We walked into San Vincenzo along a straight main road 45 mins. The town is small with little character with a marina. There was one restaurant open by the marina which took 25 minutes to serve us with two beers. The taxi was worth 10 eu not to have the walk back.

Molto grande l'estensione degli impianti sportivi dotati di istruttori di tennis, padel, cicloturismo e aerobica completi di materiale sportivo che può essere utilizzato liberamente dagli Ospiti. L'area marina è raggiungibile utilizzando un breve percorso che, attraverso la pineta, giunge fino alla spiaggia privata del Resort con a disposizione degli ospiti un ombrellone e due lettini per ogni Camera. La sicurezza degli ospiti è garantita da un efficiente servizio spiaggia composto da personale dedicato al settore e garantito, per di più, da Bagnini professionisti che vigilano dall'apertura fino alla chiusura dell'impianto. Nei pressi della spiaggia, sono in funzione un fornito bar ed un ristorante per coloro i quali non vogliono ritornare al Centro percorrendo i circa 500 metri di percorso naturistico. Per quanto riguarda le attività sociali, queste sono garantite, dalle 09-10 della mattina fino alla mezzanotte, da un efficiente gruppo di intrattenitori guidato dal grande Simone Mosca che coordina e dirige artisticamente un folto gruppo di aspiranti Attori ed Attrici provenienti da tutta Italia e tra i quali brilla il Mattatore LUCKY la cui voce ed il cui estro artistico lo hanno fatto conoscere nel mondo dello spettacolo internazionale quale sopraffino doppiatore di personaggi disneyani in famosi Film come Il Re Leone, La Bella e La Bestia, La Sirenetta e molti altri. Oltre che dedicarsi all'intrattenimento sia nell'area delle piscine che a bordo mare, gli animatori seguono i più piccolini degli Ospiti nel Mini-Club, nello Junior-Club e così via permettendo ai genitori di godere appieno della vacanza mentre i propri figli, di tutte le età, vengono seguiti, accuditi, vezzeggiati e coccolati dalle Ragazze e dai Ragazzi dell'animazione. Dopo la consumazione della cena gli animatori si raccolgono all'interno del grande Teatro e sotto i lunghi porticati che corrono attraverso la struttura dove gli Ospiti possono distendersi ulteriormente ascoltando buona musica e seguendo le performance, di assoluto livello artistico di Simone Mosca, Lucky e del gruppo di ragazze

We’ve been here for a week with our friends to pass the summer vacation and I have to say this resort is the best compare to other Italian resort in Toscana. The private beach is so clean and tidy with the right distance between each umbrellas and there’s the outdoor restaurant and bar inside the famous “lecceto” forest along the beach. We had the lunch with the breeze and abundant choices of all-kinds of fresh seafoods.After the suntanning we’ve played for some Padel , beach volley,tennis and Spa ritual which fulfilled out daytime with various activities and the live band. A part from the hospitality we felt during our stay, what surprised us the most is the quality of the FOODS-AMAZING!! They use the extra-Virgin oil produced locally in Toscana on every dish.We had so much delicious meals which we can hardly even find them in Milan. I strongly recommend this place for families and groups of friends for vacation with higher quality.

It is very nice big Hotel Resort with very simpatic employees. The excellent Food made this week to very positive event for us. There are some small things in water and elektrical equipment witch could be done better easy in the rooms to achieve a highest rating. The young Tennis Teacher Matteo Morra is an excellent Teacher in a very high level. And this no only in Tennis Technic. It was a pleasure to work and also stay with him view days... Thanks for all.....
