Our stay at the Hampton Inn by the Richmond airport was very nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

I thought it was a newer/modern property but from the looks of the furnishings it was not. But it was only for overnight. Not sure i would stay longer than that.

I was there to run the Richmond marathon and the hotel was nice, the room was really clean and beautiful. After running the marathon the roads were closed and I was not able to make it on time for checkout (11:00am). But the receptionist was really nice and understanding she let me take my time and I was able to take a shower and checkout relaxing. Thank you and i really appreciate all your help and understanding.

Room was clean except for bug squashed on the wall. About out of protein options and oa**eal by 9 am. Milk was empty at 9:15 for cereal. No lids for coffee cups available.
Desk clerk was there to check us in at 2:30 am after we were delayed due to weather conditions. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Overall, our stay was really nice. Breakfast was great, and the room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful.

The shower door came off it’s track and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were able to fix quickly. Room looks a little beat up.

There was not a lot of shopping and restaurants around the area, but the hotel was wonderful. Right next to the airport and very convenient. Airport noise did not both us, especially when in the room. Hotel was also very convenient to main thoroughfares, so driving there was easy.

Great stay here! Convenient location super clean and great breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The only thing i didnt like was that the window didn't have a curtain that blocked light, it only had a thin white curtain that the light came through.
