The hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apar**ent with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again

Very clean! They were able to get me in two hours early which was amazing. My room was directly across from the laundry facility but still pretty quiet. I had a kitchenette with silverware and appliances. The bed was so very comfy. Definitely worth the rate.

There was an issue with my room thermostat.
The sensor that detects a person being in the room, for energy conservation, would not recognize my presence in the room unless I was up and moving. Heat would shut off when I was in bed and room would get cold, until I sat up and waved my arms. The heat would come back on immediately. I did not immediately report the issue - but I should have. However, I had a first floor room and the elevator was out of service so I didn’t want to move! Signed - Sleepless in Sandston !

My heat didn’t work it was under 20 degrees staff acted like they didn’t care very upset with this stay

Good price. Close to the airport. There is no food or restaurants walkable from hotel, just a small concession stand in the hotel lobby. The elevator was broken.

Convenient location, well maintained exterior, clean entrance and lobby, professional and friendly staff and easy check-in, room immaculate and well equipped, furniture in very good repair, bathroom and actually entire room super clean, wifi great, nice kitchen. Downsides: for the price it should have breakfast. I’ve stayed in several nearby places and they offer it. But this had a kitchen…so. But I won’t stay there again just because I need the convenience of breakfast on site that I don’t have to cook. Hmm..parking is tough, I had to look hard for a spot and found one around back, but had to walk to front of building in the cold to enter building. And, elevator was out so I had to walk to the third floor. Overall, a 4 out of 5. But very nice.

Reception was great. Room was not. Smelled like stale smoke. Not just the room but the bedding as well.
