Have so many Bed Bugs, my room was 316, and I ordered first day was 127, and they rise pricenext day to 175, and I check online was 158, too expensive for this kind motels

Basic hotel. We’ve stayed twice out of convenience to Sanford Orlando Airport. However, on the recent trip, their advertised shuttle was of no use as the hours are very limited and the shuttles booked quickly. Fine for a night’s sleep before a flight but nothing special.

I can only say good thing about the woman checking us in. It was a canceled flight and a lot of people in the lobby and she did a great job handling everybody as well as answering the phones. Only downside was the shower curtain was loose, making it unable to close all the way and sink drain wouldn’t close. Other than that. It was a good stay.

Hotel was okay. It was decently clean and close to the airport. Perfect for just a quick night stay.

I was surprised by the condition and service provided by this hotel since the reviews on this site provided a high rating. It is very close to the airport (3 miles, 8-10 min drive), but take note the shuttle service is offered only 5am-5pm. Unfortunately for us, the morning shuttle was overbooked and the driver and affected people were very upset. The pool is in the middle of the driveway next to the main road which is not at all private. In the hallways, the walls are badly marked and the trim is coming off in many sections. There is a strong odour within the hotel and especially within the elevator. Lastly, we poured out a small amount of juice down the sink before we left our room for supper and when we returned, there were ants all of the sink and vanity. We will not stay here again.

Arrived late at night. Only one clerk on duty. Desk clerk on day shift was not very welcoming. However the gentleman who drove the shuttle to the airport, wore many hats, and was very friendly.

I appreciate the free breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. It is apparent that this is an older hotel.
