Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!

My flight was canceled due to weather in FL and when I contacted the hotel I lost my reservation and they were not accommodating to my new travel plans

Slight odor to the room but not noticeable after a few minutes. Room looked to be freshly painted and updated. Older motel but effort has been made to keep it clean. Would stay again since it’s close to the airport.

The rooms were ok until my husband tried to make a cup of coffee. There was roaches coming out of the coffee maker. A friend of ours had to get another room because they were so bad. He got no sleep worrying about them crawling on him. My gurlfriend had one crawling on her during the night. Met a lady with her daughter in the parking lot and she said they were in their room also. We told the clerk on duty but he wasn't interested in hearing what we had to say. Will not be staying there again.

The room smelled. Hair in the bathtub so I didn’t shower. Remote didn’t work. No outlets except a power ***** that included cords for the fridge the microwave and the tv. No power outlets by the bed.

Upon Entering the room we were greeted by roaches on floor and walls.
We checked out.
The Front desk was unable to provide refund due to ******* booking.
Spoke to ******* I was told it was at the discretion of the Hotel.
I spoke to the Manager he suggested that in future I should book a 5 star hotel not stay in cheap hotels and he would not refund me he then hung up the phone.
Interesting since the proximity to the Airport was my reason for the choice.

Communication of staff not acceptable, guest in the lobby paying partial payment and staying hotel,staff asking me to pay 125.00 for deposit fee,i never heard of outrageous price of security deposit.
