Nice rooms, good breakfast, free parking, modern and clever designed beds (to move apart if necessary) - the TV could be either a smart TV or more english channels if you want to attract tourists from overseas

The staff were exceptionally rude, the worst service I have ever experienced. I witnessed staff being exceptionally rude to children one day and on the next day they proceeded to shout at my daughter. Advice is to avoid this establishment. I also made this complaint directly to the manager.

Everything overall was good except for us spending some time in the lobby and our kids were running around being 5 years old. The front desk lady asked us to tell them to stop. I think this was a very bad look for a family friendly hotel. The staff in breakfast area were amazing.

This modern hotel is located on the outskirts of the town but has enough going on in the way of facilities not to tempt you away. There was a warm greeting from the staff including a free drink of fruit juice at the rece9desk upon booking in. The rooms are of a good size, modern with excellent ensuite shower rooms. The restaurant had a buffet style and the food wasn't bad but you're not going to be impressing anyone here. The breakfast was extensive with enough choices for anyone. There is also free, underground parking.

Aspects of this hotel are not as advertised. As i suffer from vertigo, i need to use the gym first thing in the morning. The gym is advertised as 24/7 but i was shouted at for using it at 6.30. I was then told that only the machines are allowedbefore 7am which was of no use to me. Much of the equipment - weights, medicine balls, pictured, etc. were not available.

Hotel in Sankt Johan in Tirol. Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet with big variety. Free sauna and fitness room on the fourth floor. Big bonus the free train pass to Tirol. I will go again for sure

Great hotel for skiing with kids. Adjacent to ski school and hire shop. Easy walk to main gondola along snowy track (can ski with poles, walk with snowboard boots was fine). Impeccably clean with friendly staff. Walk into town takes about 10 mins but there are buses. Free pass to excellent local swimming pool.

The hotel team were very welcoming and made our short stay a very pleasant one! The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. The view of the mountains from our room were lovely, enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the continental breakfast which always freshly set out. Our evening meal was different every night and very tasty. All six of us really enjoyed the food and a**osphere. Hot water was always available for a refreshing shower and the beds were a welcome sight after a long day skiing and walking! We had to leave early on our last day before breakfast was open, the hotel made us all fresh rolls, fruit, biscuits and a drink the night before. They also made sure hot drinks were available before we left that morning. Thank you for making our trip to Austria and Chris**as a special one!!
