Grand Hotel Parco del Sole - All Inclusive

I've been in Grand Hotel Parco Del Sole twice: one last summer and recently this spring. Both stay have been amazing. I always select this hotel surrounding Sorrento. Hotel facilities and staff is ready to welcome you and accommodate you for all your request and necessity. I adore hotel spaces, rooms and all outside area with an amazing garden and swimming pool. You can find an environment for all ages, to book your stay with family and friends. I've loved restaurant as well; they only use daily fresh ingredients. Very reccomended. I'll come back for sure as soon as can.

Great hotel. Staff can't do enough for you and make this place more special. Good location. Free shuttle bus service which is so easy for Sorrento. Couldn't fault the food for what you get for your money. And drinks are good too. Peroni on tap. Pool area is good plenty of beds and chairs. Rooms are good. With a fridge. But could have done with a kettle. Showers are lovely. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location to walk into Sorrento or to the nearest train station. Room was a good size and always clean. Rooms were a bit noisy. Staff were great. Pool area was good and always had a lounger. Might not be the case when busier. The food was disappointing did not lok forward to dinner. Lunch was OK but the evening meals were really not great. Food was never hot and quality was poor. Restaurant was not pleasant. Ate in the outside area which was better. Only two choice of deserts and they were awful. We ate out a few times. If it was just bed and breakfast it would have been great.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has a lovely ambiance and is clean and comfortable. All the meals are delicious, the dinner menu is different very day. There are plenty of delicious pastries and cakes with every meal. The hotel is only 20 minutes walk to Sorrento centre and there are frequent shuttle bus services. It is also a good base for tours to Capri, Pompeii and the Almalfi coasts which can be booked through the hotel staff. Grazie to all the members of staff.

I stayed at the hotel last month . What an exceptional place . Very well organised and spotless on cleaning and professionalism . Very well trained staff accomplishing all the tasks upon our request . Breakfast room it’s well presented with not variety typical Italian fresh cheese and bakery . Nothing too much trouble Location and venue unbeatable. I would definitely coming back

The hotel is in a great location. It has a shuttle bus in Sorrento but you can walk it in about 20mins. Sant'angello it's self is nice too. We got the train from here about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really good. We had a large double room with a balcony. Great view. The bathroom was big with a great walk in shower. Food was great especially the food at lunchtime. This is served outside and fresh made pizza was the best. We loved the all inclusive and the cocktails were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for the first week of April as a family of 3. We booked last minute with Jet2 and got a really great deal. The hotel is all inclusive and the food was great! Really good variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing was repeated throughout the week apart from the pizza at lunchtime is amazing so no complaints! The beer served is peroni and they do not hold back with their measures on the cocktails 😂 Our room had clearly been refurbished and was always cleaned really well. It was on the side of the hotel where you could hear the bells so if we stayed again I would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel as we spoke to other guests who said that couldn’t hear them. Took us about 20 mins to walk to Sorrento with a 7 year old or you can get the shuttle bus that the hotel puts on. Pool area was really nice although the pool was very cold but it would be really nice to come back in the summer to see what’s it’s like then. Staff are all lovely and helpful. We paid €50 for late checkout which was worth it as we only got picked up at 5pm for our flight home. Try and go to Pompeii too, we went on an excursion but plenty of people were making their own way there. We were a bit worried with some of the reviews but we had an amazing holiday ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Superb value for money. A short 15-20 min walk into Sorrento Central or catch the bus that the hotel puts on. Food authentic Italian and beautiful outdoor and indoor seating. Well organised, friendly staff. Although all inclusive it doesn’t have the all inclusive culture that some hotels have. People enjoying the sunshine and pool, enjoying the food. Sustainable hotel, limiting their impacts. No complaints. Absolute gem of a stay and appreciate the staffs efforts. Complete value for money considering the current prices to go abroad. Culture in a beautiful destination and a looked after stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can’t fault at all.

As a family we stayed for 1 week during the Easter Holidays. Rooms are basic but well cleaned. Not many electric sockets as the only socket we found that worked was in the bathroom. Pack a 4 plug extension lead. Despite having air conditioning advertised, the hotel was not switching it on for another 2 weeks, which was frustrating as we slept with the balcony door open because it was too hot. Therefore the local church bells woke us up and the local Cockerel. There is a fridge in the room and safety deposit box however we did have issues with the safety box as the power to it kept going off. €50 euro charge to keep your room until 5pm but this is not guaranteed as many guests enquired but were rejected. There is also an expensive city tax to pay prior to leaving. Pool area was pleasant with beautiful orange and lemon trees around. This is where drinks are served during the day. Plenty of sunloungers with free use of towels but this area maybe busy in the height of summer. There is no music around the pool or activities. If you’ve children pack lilos as these will keep the children entertained in the cold pool. Food- this is the hotels weakest area. Breakfast has a limited choice of hot food but you won’t starve. There’s masses of cakes and pastries. Lunch was our favourite meal consisting of fresh pizza (margarita and Napolina) and pasta, several other hot options and salad. Evening meal was our least favourite with little choice and sometimes bland. There were no snacks or ice cream as it was apparently too early in the year to serve ice cream. Lunch was outside which, gave it a nice setting. Good choice of drinks on the all inclusive including Peroni beer in glasses ( plastic around the pool). The evening bar either had a low key singer or no entertainment or music. There is another room that is prettier with windows but this isn’t used. The staff are excellent, all friendly, polite and helpful. Location is a 20 minute steady walk to Sorrento. However, the pavements are narrow but there is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel. Sant -Agnello train station is less than 10 minutes walk. The train station is really busy including the trains pulling into Sant-Agnello so be prepared to stand up. Consider catching the train from Sorrento for a better chance of getting a seat to Naples / Pompeii but easy to use with one line. It cost us approximately €5 per person return to Pompeii and approximately €10 per person to Naples on the local train but you can pay more for the express train. Sant’Agnello viewpoint above the beach area has stunning views. Overall we had a lovely holiday and great memories from it as it was a great base. Would I return? If the price was low, yes I would as it’s a great location for exploring the area.
