Great location very friendly and helpful staff, was happy when they sorted out a taxi at 4 am in the morning to catch a flight, very clean and well equipped, would love to stay there again

It was very noisy late at night with kids making a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. There was no hair dryer in the room, a €20 deposit was required for something so basic. The fridge was leaking onto the floor making it unsafe and slippery to walk on.

Great staff ! Honestly the reception team are great. The lady who helped my boyfriend get his passport back from Madrid is a diamond! All friendly and happy to help, The hotel itself have good room sizes, and good air con. Only down side was they seem to have small black flies we couldn’t get rid of. Nice white pool hidden away. Good cooking facilities and brilliant location. The hotel is a bit noisy on a night time but you get that anywhere in San Antonio ! Would definitely stay again.

The hotek it’s perfect and the receptionist it’s really nice and helps with everything he can! Aroa was really nice and friendly! The rooms were nice and really clean! And is literally next to the beach!

Very nice hotel great area swimming pool outside close to cafe mambo to watch a beautiful sunset very close to the local shops Walking distance to nice restaurants and couple of clubs. I definitely will be back!

Good location, can believe the room has a fridge to raid the supermarket and take your own beer to the pool and beach for “sea and pool beers” Beds are made of wood, I know this after banged my head on the frame after slipping on some spilt shower gel. All in all would visit again

Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking great English. Apartments are kept clean and serviced daily with clean towels. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be helpful. Other than that, it had everything we needed.

For the price and the description ("apartamentos") and photos, we expected much more. The location is great, but we stayed in a small studio that desperately needs some renovation. The biggest problem, however, is not that everything is old, but the fact that you can hear everything from the rooms next door. During the period we stayed there we woke up several times at night with noise (slamming doors, screaming, drunk and rude people). The staff was mostly kind and is not to blame for the behavior of the other guests, but there are no rules concerning noise and security. We realized that anyone could enter the building: there is no control at the entrance and no key to access the elevator. We didn't feel safe and even less comfortable staying there.
