Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza

強烈不推薦這家酒店，完全是小某書推薦過來的。 第一，位置很不方便，必須要自己開車前往，然後酒店下午進去沒法入住，房間還在清掃。在懸崖上，沒什麼東西，也去不了海邊。 第二，酒店設定落後差勁，房間和價格不匹配，入住幾天，經歷過兩次停電。Wi-Fi斷掉。早餐要加錢也能接受，但是都是需要自己點，每次加點東西，都很麻煩！！！最後選擇早上開車出去吃飯。 第三，酒店打掃衞生阿姨非常馬馬虎虎，洗漱等用品，都沒有加，而且我們拆開的洗漱用品也不整理一下。 游泳池很大，但是小孩很多，下面的游泳池需要做SPA才能進去拍照。 平均四千➕一晚的酒店 個人覺得不值得，沒有東南亞好，我在ibiza島上 還住了其他酒店，這家是整個行程最差的一家酒店。

The views are simply stunning and the views are the best thing about this hotel… truly amazing. However, in my opinion; the views do not make up for the fact that this hotel needs a major renovation. We had some quite significant issues with our room (room 216) on arrival which included: - Black mould on shower head - Dirty curtain rail - Coffee stains on bedside table - Air con filter needs changing - Stains in jacuzzi bath - Scruffy doors We mentioned this to the reception staff on our way out to dinner, who told us, they couldn’t help us and asked me to send a WhatsApp Message to the hotel business WhatsApp account. This felt very odd, as a paying guest, I would at least expect a member of the hotel reception team to take on some responsibility to solve the issue, rather than asking me to send a message to them. Aside from the actual issues with the room… this response to my complaint was not of a 5 star hotel standard. More training needed for staff for sure. We did not get a response to the WhatsApp message til the following morning & were assured our room would be thoroughly cleaned. The room was cleaned that morning & a bottle of wine was left in the room, but obviously the damage had already been done as we had to sleep in the very dirty room the prior evening. We had come to this hotel following a 6 night stay at a different hotel & I have to be honest; we really noticed the poor quality of sleep we had at Hacienda - especially due to the extremely loud air con unit. The beds…. So uncomfortable, super low & super firm mattresses with an odd pillow setup that made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good but a little inconsistent in terms of quality. We decided to have dinner elsewhere in the evenings as we felt Eden Restaurant menu was a little limited. The hotel pool area was lovely, but beds need updating & lots of noise was coming for the suites closest to the pool (music that was louder than that being played by the hotel). This made it hard to relax. Ultimately, I think there are quite a few truly luxury hotels in Ibiza now & I would recommend you explore those first. The views at Hacienda Na Xamena are awesome but the hotel is a total let down, thoroughly disappointing and really not worthy of the 5 Star rating. I wanted to love this hotel but I couldn’t and I left on our last day feeling relieved our stay was over.

This place speaks volumes and it speaks for itself. I can only recommend everyone arranging a trip to Ibiza to pay this place a visit. While you’re here make sure to book a spa treatment also, unfortunately everyone must experience that for themselves in order to have their breaths taken away by the spectacular views (a no camera policy). I’m definitely going back when next in Ibiza.

Let me start by saying this is the first Trip Advisor review I've ever written, but I'm taking the time to write it in hope that someone associated with this hotel who cares will read it and stop the decline of what could be a fantastic establishment. We stayed at Hacienda Na Xamena for the first time in October of 2021, right when travel was starting to open up after the Pandemic. We had a wonderful time. The view and the sunset from our suite was the most beautiful I had ever seen in my life. That seems to be the main selling point of the hotel - it's all you see on Instagram. The room was very bare bones and minimalist but I didn't mind. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne in the room, and the food over our stay was fantastic (we didn't leave the property). There were a few issues but overall, we couldn't wait to come back. We thought we had found "our spot" in Ibiza. Cut to almost the exact same time period two years later when we returned and got the same suite. Entirely different experience, and incredibly disappointing. 1. Absolutely no acknowledgement that we were returning guests. No bottle of anything in the room and a weird note welcoming "Mr. X" to the hotel with no mention of me, his wife, who was also a returning guest (and I had been the one communicating with the hotel during booking). This is not a requirement obviously but I don't think I've ever returned to a hotel where it was not acknowledged at all, even verbally. Not off to a great start. 2. On our last visit we used the spa every day and got a series of great massages. This time, after arriving and contacting the spa to make reservations we were told that because it was a holiday week in Spain, the spa was almost entirely booked (by non hotel guests). In addition, they didn't have any masseuses or facialists working before 3pm. We were only able to book one massage each during our whole visit and it felt like we had to beg for it. I understand the hotel's need to create revenue, but it feels like they should reserve some spots for paying guests, or tell you during the reservations process that it will be a busy week and to book any services in advance. The massages were fairly poor for the price and it was impossible to communicate with the masseuse I had because she didn't speak English. Also, skip the "waterfalls" experience - it is a complete waste of money. Trust me. 3. Food was extremely overpriced and sub-par with little to no vegan/vegetarian options. Yes I know this is Spain, but last time there was an entire full vegan MENU that was incredible so we expected this time would be similar (in fact one of the reasons we returned was because of the food). We were told by a manager that the previous chef had walked out recently and taken the whole kitchen staff with him. Stayed with family for birthday. Communication was great and professional. Even before we arrived they were prompt with emails and requests. They arranged transportation from airport to hotel (which is far but serves to provide its exclusivity and luxury atmosphere). The property hotel are exceptional. Stayed in suite the view left you breathless. The staff were wonderful and Eden the restaurant had unbelievable food and again the view from dinner… speechless. Definitely the beat mist luxurious property on Ibiza. Family friendly away from the party crowds. Would recommend it 5/5.

A breathtaking oasis of luxury and serenity. Spectacular views, luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining, impeccable service, and unforgettable wellness facilities. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our celebration were truly exceptional. Beautiful Location with an amazing view but highly overrated. The views are special and the sunsets amazing, I would say perfect for instagramers and social media starlets! If you got your picture that’s about it! There is 2 pools but you can actually just use one unless you pay 40€ each to go and use the one with the nicer view! Even as a guest you’re not even allowed to go and take a picture of it if you don’t pay. The pool you can actually use had often bread and food floating in it from the breakfast buffet that was located right next to it! The sunbeds were ok but never 5 star standart! Shocked we were of the bad quality of the Pool Restaurant! The Penne extremely overcooked and just warmed up in a Mikro wave. When complaining I got a fresh one wich was not good at all for 38 Euros. My wife ordered a bursts and got an ordinary Mozzarella also for 36 Euros! Really not cool for a 5 star Hotel! Would give 3 Stars also beachside our rooms were not cleaned and the used coffee cups were still there on day 3. So wanna go for the view it’s amazing but if you wanna have a 5 star experience it’s the wrong hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights while in Ibiza for a wedding ……. We have travelled many times , but the hotel staff are of the highest level, their warmth and friendliness is unusual……. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful and clean and the food was also top level . I honestly could not fault a single thing !!!! . Thank you to all the staff , you manage a beautiful hotel so professionally xx Mr and Mrs Reader

We stayed at Hacienda for 2 nights at the end of our wedding week as a relaxing treat. The hotel is undeniably stunning & food at Eden restaurant was incredible. That said, the rooms themselves were tired, dated & bordering on shabby which hugely let down our experience. To add to that, the food at the pool bar is disappointing & overpriced for what it is. If you’re going to eat at the hotel then I’d suggest Eden above the pool bar. One final small note - the hotel was aware that we were celebrating our wedding & left 2 champagne glasses, but nothing to drink. Perhaps this was an oversight but it would have been a welcome touch. All in all a lovely hotel but we did leave feeling a little disappointed - having paid so much we’d really expected higher standards.
