The location was great, close to the beach, bus stop and sea front. The breakfasts were delicious, plenty of food and big choice. The young girl at the reception was helpful from the first day till the end. Rude staff, especially in the bar - Maria and Luis. Luis charged me €1 for hot water, that I need for my medicine, as there were no kettles in the room. Two days earlier another bartender gave hot water for free, but Luis told that his manager told him to charge guests for hot water. Maria was extremely rude with us from the first days of our stays. On our second day she was checking if there is our towels or not although we were at the swimming pool, then she was constantly asking about others towels as they wanted to sell the pool beds to the other guests from outside. The other day after coming back from the beach to the pool we didn’t find the bottle of water, as we found out later - she took it and threw it away. In the afternoon we went to the shop to by new bottle of water and left our towels and apples and magazines on the table between our sun beds. After 30 minutes we returned and did not find apples and magazines. We came to ask her - she said we have to let her know whenever we leave the pool area and for how long, she took our stuff and after arguing a lot - she returned, being extremely rude. I mean we live in democratic country- why should I tell where and when I am going and in what time going to come back, as far as I am the guest of the hotel and leave my staff at my sun bed - I shouldn’t be bothered by anyone. The wifi connection was very poor, everyday we have to restart and reconnect , as the access was only for 24 hours and after few session it didn’t work at all, thanks at the reception the young receptionist (girl) helped us we her own password. Once we discovered ants in the room, informed reception staff, they promised to get rid of them but did nothing. Hotel claims itself as a 3 star hotel, but there is no fridge in the rooms, no kettles and even glasses. In conclusion I must say, that I work in hospitality as well at the same level as 3 star rate hotel, and I was extremely terrified from “customer service “ this hotel offers, apparently staff are not trained enough, they don’t understand how to provide excellent guest experience and provide customer service. To any our request first answer was - no. And only after a while they pretended the do something for you.
