Aparthotel Nereida

As always our stay at Nereida was lovely. Xenia and her team were amazing and we love the personal but professional touch. Amazing views, spotlessly clean rooms and a really relaxing holiday. See you in a few weeks xx

The hotel is pleasant on arrival but is overall is out dated. The apartment we were given as 3 adults was apartment 106 which was ground floor, This had two single beds and a sofa bed, which for an adult who paid the same price as the single beds was completely unreasonable. The sofa bed was very low to the ground and more suitable for a child. The bathroom was outdated and had a bath as a shower not as pictures had showed when booking. The housekeeping of rooms were very poor and upon request of fresh sheets as the beds were never touched they just left a bundle of bedding on the bed leaving it for us to make. Then from speaking to reception we were met with staff who informed us that the cleaner refused to do it as there was no room, as seen in picture plenty of room and as a housekeeper myself I felt very disrespected as we were seen as young women in our early twenties they could take advantage of. The fridge was broken and the fridge door would not stay closed and leaked. Which was never cleaned up. Breakfast was lovely and was kept well stocked. The pool is a brilliant size and very deep.

4th time have stayed here. Staff lovely, booked and paid for a room with view of bay and sunset and not disappointed. Clubs closing as we were there but weather and sea still lovely. Food is fresh and plenty of choice some nights there is a better selection than others but still a lot to choose from even if vegan or veggie. Paella night on Monday nights was lovely! You cannot expect 5 star food choices and pay 3 star prices! Everything I ate I liked, the chilli and pork in pepper sauce was also very good. Each night there is a good dessert and fruit selection and a local cheese board. If I had to moan I would have liked some cracker biscuits to go with the cheese. This hotel had guests from Spain France Britain and Poland and Germany whilst we were there. Some groups were there on hen and stag holidays and enjoyed the bars and clubs, but the hotel was quiet for families and oldies to sleep after midnight. Yes the wooden walkway to the sea was broken after a bad storm in September, a specialist contractor is booked to repair it but the storm did a lot of damage all over the island and so the hotel must wait their turn. Some rooms could not get any English tv channels, ours was one of them. The other channels were plentiful. Reception advised they were looking into this to give Briitish guests tv news at the least -this would be good. Fingers crossed! In all a lovely stay, but stayed half board not all inclusive and got out and about as there are regular buses to some lovely beaches at the top of the road. Didn't swim in the pool but looked fine, did swim in the sea there and was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds for everyone, the sunbeds and the pool areas were cleaned and washed down every day. Suited us very well.

First of all, DO NOT listen to the bad reviews! I almost changed hotel the day before we were due to arrive and I’m so so glad I didn’t! The room was lovely! Fresh and clean more than enough space! We choose a sea view room which has a bigger balcony that wraps around the apartment. Stunning location to catch those beautiful sunsets! We were booked in for bed and breakfast, and breakfast didn’t disappoint, there was more than enough choice to have something different every day, restaurant was clean, staff couldn’t do more for you. The pool area was lovely, clean and tidy, life guard on duty every day, I loved the fact the pool was so deep and genuinely can’t believe people have actually complained about this! There’s also a little splash pool for the smaller children. For us the hotel was in the ideal location, 15/20 minute walk to San Antonia *****, 20 minute drive from Ibiza old town. (Ample FREE parking at the hotel too) And loads of little souvenir shops, and bars and restaurants within 5/10 minutes walking distance. Public transport at the top of the road gets you practically anywhere in Ibiza! We would definitely come back to this hotel, even bring the family next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked this holiday for my wife's 60th birthday. We both had a fantastic time at the hotel, and the rooms were always spotless. The staff were amazing there was a good choice of food there was only one thing we didn't like and the was the safety boxes at reception we would have preferred them to be in the rooms.

I don't understand what other reviews are talking about but this hotel I have been to with all my family normally 16 of us this just me and my wife this is are 5th time the rooms are spotless so is around the pool yes it's deep but if you can swim there's no problem the food could be better but it is also end of season the staff can't do enough for you from the management down to the cleaners the bar staff are amazing as usual big shout out again to Claire how is fantastic yes the sunbeds need renewing but there are plenty of them just get up early enough the hotel even sent up a bottle of champagne to are room because it was my wife's 50th birthday it's that kind of hotel if you want a 5 star pay 5 star prices this hotel is 3 star with 5 star service so don't believe the rest

Where do I start… me and my friend paid for all inclusive, which did not meet the criteria. I.e the cocktails are made from a machine, tasting like they do not include alcohol, more like juice. Also, having to pay an extra charge of 2 euros per cup to use for the duration of the holiday. The food variety is minimal, repetitive and not nice, ( only few food items are labelled & the majority of the food is cold ). We struggled to find anything we liked, therefore felt the need to go elsewhere for food in the evening. However, this was very costly. We also had to pay an extra charge of 16 euros for two towels plus a 10 euro deposit which is given back at the end of your stay, however the 16 euros is not given back. The beach area including sun beds does not facilitate for all guests, there is rarely any beds. And, the sun beds surrounding the pool are very flimsy, uncomfortable. The reception area is small and old fashioned, including a lift which is dated and unstable. On the subject of the reception, we also had to pay an extra charge of 2 euros for a bottle of water. Online when we booked it stated that the snack bar is open until 12 midnight, this is false. And I feel that the pictures/information is false advertisement, does not include everything. The room tax for 5 nights was 22 euros for two guests, this was also not written on the holiday booking. Myself and my friend are only happy about our room ( very spacious & lovely ) , also the outside area. Although, the tv is audio only and our fridge was not on and ready to use when we arrived. We raised these issues with a receptionist and feel as if we wasn’t being heard, we were being spoken to very defensively. Nothing yet has been sorted, awaiting to speak with the manager about our issues with the hotel. I would never return here in the future!

Stay here at your own risk. No Cctv anywhere, no safes in room. We had our hotel room robbed. ruined holiday. Child is traumatised. Easy access for thieves to rob your Stuff by the pool. Jet 2 have been totally useless, just come back to me 6 weeks after it happened. Hotel not interested, we changed room. Had to do ten journeys with my bags n what we had left. They changed to locks straight away and have a locksmith on site so obviously happens all the time. A real shame as the views of sunset is really good from here.

We have stayed at Nereida a few times before covid and decided to return, we like the hotel due to the location, sea views and the rooms, staff are lovely and food is standard for a all inclusive resort, we felt the hotel is heading to more of a 18/30 hotel with large groups and loud dance music during the day and some evenings but when asked the staff to turn it down they did straight away, the sea view rooms is what makes the holiday for us, a huge shame the stairs to the sea was broke also.
