I saw a review on here before we stayed saying it was like a ‘German retirement home’. I took it with a pinch of salt and thought this person was just a bit mean about Germans. However, they could not have been more spot on with their review. Whilst the hotel grounds and rooms were nice, and spotlessly clean, the pool area was nice and the cleaning staff and most of the bar staff were friendly and helpful, that’s probably as far as the pros go as a young English family. The whole hotel is aimed at Germans, you honestly feel like you are in Germany rather than on a Spanish island, and we didn’t feel very welcome as a young English family. They even had a ‘Germany results table’ for the Euros on the wall in reception - what about Spain?! The food was unfortunately the worst I have eaten in any hotel. I am not fussy and love trying new foods. My husband on the other hand likes to stick to his home comforts. Either way, the food was never hot, and was always flavourless. It was also German cuisine rather than Spanish/Mallorcan. We ate in the restaurant on the first day (paid all inclusive) and ended up eating in restaurants outside the hotel for the remainder of the holiday. Foods were also poorly labelled. Whilst this didn’t affect us, people with allergies could have got extremely ill. The entertainment in the evenings was hit and miss. But even on the nights with great entertainment, there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. I felt very sorry for the people putting on the entertainment. Overall, if you want somewhere with clean rooms and a nice pool as a base for a holiday, then this is a lovely hotel to do that in (just expect to be ignored by most staff). However if you have young children and will spend more time at a hotel to make use of food and facilities as it’s easier when they are young, this wouldn’t be the hotel for you.

Hotel is lovely and the food has plenty of variation for all nationalities. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Please ignore the reviews saying only German food as this isn’t true. We have upgraded from street view to pool view as the street view is awful. Nightclub right outside so worth paying at bit more. I have added photos of both

Apart from the air conditioning the hotel was very good , buffet breakfast, swimming pool , the rooms no complaints whatsoever

The hotel is very clean. This is all I can really say that is good. The entertainment is poor, the food is cold and all German based food. Very repetitive as well! Bar staff and house keeping staff are kind and polite. This Hotel is for Germans! Lovely beach near by though but I would recommend avoiding this hotel if you’re British !!!!!!!!

My room was next to a loud bar, which meant I could not sleep, I asked reception if I could move and they said they had no more rooms, I knew this was not true as I had some booked for other members of my team who no longer needed their rooms. Reception staff were very rude to me when I asked to move and after me repeatedly asking and pleading with them just stopped talking and making eye contact with me. A terrible way to treat someone from a company who has just spent many thousands of euros with this hotel chain in the previous weeks for the rest of our team.

Very clean with no corner left unattended to! Very friendly helpful staff everywhere in all departments. Surprised to find upon arrival no iron/ board in the room and no tea/coffee making facility, as a well seasoned traveller this is the first time i have come across this and due to this I won’t stay again. Noninfo in room on room service or contacting reception. Food was good but probably not four star! Some ‘hot’ items were a bit cold. It was a little noisy as guests allowed their doors to slam shut constantly also during the night, and late returning guests seemed to be moving balcony furniture by scraping it across their balcony at 3 am, very loud. Lots of really nice areas around the hotel to relax both inside and out. Indoor pool was lovely but stated was steam/ sauna rooms but neither were working. Outdoor pool is lovely and a great size and lovely garden style setting Enjoyed my holiday just felt the hotel is a bit lacking in standard facilities.

A fabulous hotel, 5 ladies over 60, we cannot fault anything about this hotel, from the cleanliness, to the staff, to the food...everything was excellent. The only downside was the noise from the 2 discos across the road, one went off at midnight, so could cope with that, on fri and sat the other was on till gone 5am....would certainly recommend the hotel, but ask for a quiet room, pool few seems best....

Hotel is in a good position for beach, shops, restaurants and local transport. This was my 3rd stay at this lovely hotel, which says it all really. Staff are exceptional in all areas, everyone is so friendly and efficient. Hotel has comfortable public areas and rooms, which are cleaned to an immaculate standard. Food is excellent, good quality, well cooked and lots of choice is offered. Full breakfast is served until 10.30 here, and for all inclusive guests, continental breakfast is available until lunchtime in the snack area, so no rush needed. Dinner is served until 21.00, so lots of flexibility for guests. All inclusive offer is very good with wide choice of drinks and cocktails, ices, biscuits, cakes, fruits and sandwiches, between meal times. You definitely won’t be hungry here!
