Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront.

When we first arrived I thought the inn was quaint. The room was small but looked clean. Later as we had to stay inside due to rain the tv wouldn’t work and wifi was spotty at best. When we went to bed we discovered hair on the sheets and all over the bathroom floor. I didn’t seem very clean. We could hear the conversation in the room next to us word for word. The room was very stuffy and the ac and fan wouldn’t turn on. Finally in the morning I was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee only to discover the small in room machine just pushed out hot water. The pod feature was broken.
Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Got upgraded to a suite upon check-in which was great. Staff were friendly. Many restaurants nearby.
My room was on ground floor and I could hear the person upstairs a little bit (but nothing too bad). Wifi was flaky a couple days of my stay.
Overall, good stay and would stay again.

Front desk communication was great and welcoming. Suite was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Conveniently located (half mile) to the Funk Zone.

Location of the property was great. The staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to a suite for free overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

This is a wonderful hotel! All the staff are helpful, responsive, and pleasant; the parking lot is well lit; and the rooms are scrupulously clean. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The property was nice. Very clean and recently renovated. There was a few things I didn’t like about the room, the mattress was hard as a rock and the frame seems rickety. There was no mirror other than the one in the restroom which makes it difficult for a couple to get ready at the same time.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, downtown and train station. Majority of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Welcoming cookies and 24/7 coffee/tea and fruit in lobby was a nice touch. Updated room was clean and roomy. Negatives: housekeeping forgot to clean room after request was made at front desk and room clean card was posted at door knob. Hotel also had construction activities going on in the grounds and in some rooms while we were there and took away a relaxed feeling one expects from a getaway.
