Best Western Valencia/Six Flags Inn & Suites

The service was great! They have a 24 hour front desk staff to help you and they have a store that’s open 24 hours to allow you buy snacks. I would stay again you can take a trolley to six flags for free the shuttle runs every hour!

We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had an omelet and waffles that didn't disappoint. We didn't have any towels in our room but it wasn't any reason to ruin our stay. We asked the staff and they supplied us with what we needed

We stay here fairly frequently going to and from NorCal and visiting friends locally. We are diamond members that used to be gold members with Hilton until they changed for the worse and we found Best Western. Something has recently changed at this property and not for the better. There are contractors obviously living here and they dominate all the parking making it difficult for guests to find a place to park. Last evening we were outside and heard a bunch of yelling coming from a rooms open window which faced the sidewalk and when we looked there were beer cans and bottles lined up all across the window sill. Not a great look. The clientele this time through were not the normal families with kids that we’ve always seen here but a bunch of “rough” looking types that you’d expect a a motel 6. Every time we stay at any Best Western, in the evening I go to the desk and ask if I could get a cup of milk and have never had a problem until last night. Another issue that we’ve never experienced before, whenever I make a reservation I always ask for a top floor room any at this property always on the pool side because the freeway noise kept us up all night the one time we were on that side. I was surprised that when we arrived we were put on the freeway side. I asked for a different room and was told that they probably wouldn’t have any. I said that I’d asked for the room and was told that requests were subject to availability which I understand if I hadn’t made the reservation weeks ago AND wasn’t a diamond member. The one shining star of this trip was the person running the breakfast room! What a joy, keeps things very clean and well stocked every time we are here. She definitely deserves a raise or at a minimum an Great Job, here’s a gift card for dinner out.

I booked this hotel due to vicinity to Six Flags Magic mountain, I realized later that Season Pass purchased on Internet have to go for the first time to Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. After getting the plastic card, you could go to any six locations I contacted the best western reservation line and Told them the situation and the driving distance between Vallejo to Valencia of 352.2 miles. Best Western reservation agent told me that they are able to transfer my reservation from Valencia to Vallejo but this must happen through ******* , initial booking agent. I called *******. They tried their best but a manager in Valencia did not cancel my reservation without charging a penalty of $225. Needless to say that I did not book with best western in Vallejo after this type of customer service. I understand that I made a mistake, however, this problem could easily be solved by transferring my booking from one location to another, and everyone would be happy. This is the meaning of Customer Service.

Just pick a different hotel for 6 flags. Too many issues here and staff is rude. Tv didn't work, not enough food for breakfast, no water in lobby, room wasn't cleaned, water pressure was bad, outlet for phone charger didn't work and there were dead bees in the pool and by the pool my kid stepped on one and got stung.

They are liars and are very rude and unprofessional. Charged me 2x and still trying to charge me whe. I don't owe anything.

A good room at a good price! Staff was great, and location convenient to freeway and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The fresh breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The queen size beds were comfortable and the pullout made it possible for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably in one room.
