Not very clean. Staff were not helpful, they all seemed new, we enquired about hikes, they didn't know, we enquired about car hire they didn't know, we enquired about parking they didn't know. We enquired about a local bar they said walk 15-20 minutes into the centre. They messed up our rooms when we arrived and separated us. But the hostel did have a wide range of guests.

It’s a nice little spot in Santa Cruz, only a ten minute walk to the main bus station. There is one little cafe nearby and a convenience store, the people passing through are from all over the world. It was nice meeting other people doing their own thing, and the staff are friendly and the facilities are very clean. The bunk bed pillows and mattress are comfortable, although it’s a place you would crash in rather than hang out in indefinitely.

Great Hostel, friendly staff that made you felt welcome from the first day! Staf was always involved with the guests, as wel as the owner from Napoli. It was cleaned regularly, so nothing to complain about that. The beds were okay, and the bed sheets and towel were also delivered perfectly clean. Bathrooms were equipped with alcohol-spray so you can sanitise it extra before taking a shower or going to the toilet. Location was very close to the city center. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz de Tenerife!

Buen ambiente 😊 Camas cómodas, genial para visitar la ciudad, muy buena ubicación. Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos. Como punto negativo pondría las duchas, necesitan ser lavadas a fondo. Sino genial.
