The NH Tenerife hotel, situated in central Santa Cruz, is an 11km trip from Tenerife-North Airport. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk away from the nearby tram and the main shopping street, with plenty of bars and restaurants available nearby. There are many natural local attractions close to NH Tenerife. The Plaza de España and Tenerife Auditorium are both within 1km. Teide National Park and Siam Park, a water park, are additional entertainment options for guests. We provide a comfortable selection of soundproof rooms. All 64 rooms have free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge area and some rooms have a queen size bed. Upgrade to one of our larger rooms and make use of the tea and coffeemaker, and the sofa bed. A breakfast buffet is served daily with made-to-order hot dishes available on request. The NH Tenerife also has an in-house restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes and also provides guests with room service throughout their stay. Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

NH team provided us with an excellent service from the minute we walk through the door all the way till check out, particularly Diego. We also appreciate the green initiative of giving the guest the choice of not making up the room in order to reduce energy and water used for washing.

El hotel está es una ubicación excelente y el personal de recepción es extremadamente atento. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el principio. El desayuno es algo limitado, pero todo es de muy buena calidad. Fue una experiencia increíble.

Our stay was just...PERFECT! The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was super nice and caring, giving us the most relaxing experience and helping us with suggestions and tips. The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful. We suggest to spend a chill after dinner in the nice terrace. Thank you! The hotel is an average one. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room. The room was small without a balcony. We asked for toothbrush on the phone and the person in reception told us to come down to pick it up because he was alone ! We didn’t try the breakfast or dining facilities of the hotel, so no comment on them. I give 3 stars to this hotel because of its nice location and overall cleanliness.

Went to experience the carnival and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for: superb location close to amenities, lovely, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and very comfortable queen beds.Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

NH Tenerife far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. The hospitality has gone above and beyond anything that I have experienced before. I lost my carry-on suitcase and Juan P. made sure to help me every step of the way. His genuine concern and professionalism were evident. He persistently called the airline, located online claims I needed to file, and helped support me with my lack of fluency in Spanish. I rarely ever post a review, but Juan P. has worked so effectively and efficiently that it prompted me to encourage others to stay at this hotel for Juan P. In most hotels - the amenities and location are similar, the one OUTSTANDING factor for NH Tenerife is the customer service from Juan P. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience left a lasting impression on me. I highly commend Juan for his astonishing efforts and the hotel for fostering a culture of guest-centric service.
