I was blown away in a lot of ways by our stay. I booked a last minute steal of a room to have a little getaway with my kids before going back to work. I’ve stayed at hotels with them before and felt a little unsafe with the location or proximity to main roads, etc, but had zero of that here. The parking lot had tons of cameras and lights and I felt very safe staying there. Our room was also clean and the beds were comfortable. But the service was top notch. Like I said, I booked the cheapest I could find and even brought sleeping bags for a couple kids. The owners checking me in took pity on me and gave me a vacant suite basically. It was so so nice of them and I will definitely be back and maybe even book a room big enough for my family. Thank you!!

Run down, tired hotel. No closet to hang clothes. Electrical outlets at nightstand didn’t work unless the night light was on. Location to the beach and wharf are great. Price was cheap for this stay.

Location and price was great but the beds need upgrades! Sleeping was difficult due to uncomfortable beds and loud a/c unit

Great location. Room and property were very clean. Check in was easy. Ice machine did not work. Motel is very dated, substandard towels. Surrounding area looks seedy, but the boardwalk area is a little seedy as well. Great restaurants within five minute drive. The cost was very low, so we got fair value.

There’s 2 issues I didn’t like about this stay. The first is the bathroom door couldn’t close. The hinges were bad. To close the door you had to pick the door up and pull it. The second was they are so cheap on their towels. They only give you two towels. One was big so you can wrap it around your body. The other was too small and couldn’t wrap it around your body so my wife and I had to share the big towel. They didn’t have any spare towels anywhere in the room. Other than that everything was good. Bed was comfortable. It didn’t make any noise when you moved around. The hotel was in walking distance to the boardwalk. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad.

The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The price and the location, right on the beach, are their selling point. The rooms are basic, but have everything that is necessary. That's why we keep coming back.

Great little beach hotel. Excellent location close to the boardwalk, per, Steamer Lane. Old. But quaint. Leaky faucets but comfy bed & linens. Staff very friendly.
