This facility was ok. The biggest complaint we had was the breakfast. For a hotel this size they don't have enough seating or enough food kept stocked.

The room was nice but we had asked for a quiet room and we got one infront of a road with a lot of noise at night from trucks etc. The breakfast was mediocre the bacon under cooked. We did not dare try the sausage because the last time my husband was there he got food poisoning with the sausage! Overall the staff was nice and helpful with the exception of the man that works the breakfast.

The room was clean, spacious enough for 2, the water pressure and temperature was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly chlorinated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay.

Lovely property, amazing breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Pool area was fine for our 7 year old son to play. Customer service was exceptional, especially the man who checked us in when we arrived late after driving from Denver in a snowstorm. He went above and beyond to make our check in, and our entire stay, comfortable and seamless. We will stay here again when we find ourselves in Santa Fe next! Location was convenient to many food and shopping options, and an easy commute to downtown.

Price was right for a trip to Ski Santa Fe. Had a double queen room for two nights. Beds were okay. Room was clean to the eye. At least it didnt smell like smoke. Indoor pool and hot tub were a welcomed amenity after skiing. Hot foods (except for waffles)for complimentary breakfast were not good. Mini cheese omelets, bacon and sausage patties tasted rubbery, like they were prepared via microwave. Coffee was below average. Recommend sticking sticking to toast, bread/bagel, yogurt or cereal. I suppose one must limit expectations when it is free. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel was in a great location for shopping and food. Our check-in was friendly and the lobby was nice and clean but as we made our way to the elevator it looked like a dull dormitory hallway. But to our surprise the room was nice and clean. Later that night a couple in a room nearby were arguing and yelling which was very unpleasant. The next morning before 7am the fire alarm went off. We evacuated our room and NOBODY was outside. Turns out that no employees were working and no one hadn't called 911 by then and so I did. As we were waiting a gentleman told us he slept in the lobby last night because no employees were on shift all night long. We travel alot in our RV and experiences like this is why I dislike staying at hotels.

This place is rundown and dirty and there were homeless people hanging out in the lobby on two occasions. I will never stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights and had the same person working every evening. Very nice and helpful!!!
The bed however left us waking every morning with aches and pains. :(
Enjoyed the hot tub but only for a few minutes as it seemed a degree or two hot for my comfort.
