O prédio é um antigo retiro, com ampla área verde... é aconchegante. Café da manhã terceirizado, muito bom! Está em reforma, e uma placa indica isso logo na entrada; talvez por isso nosso quarto não tenha box no banheiro, o que é bastante incômodo. Parece um pouco desorganizado: chegamos e nosso quarto estava sem televisor; nos queixamos e a TV foi providenciada, porém, não funcionou. Não havia copo no quarto, e nos foi oferecido copo plástico. Também faltam orientações quanto a coisas básicas, como a frequência da troca de toalhas. Pequenas coisas que atrapalham... mas com um pouco de atenção e cuidado se resolve.

Casa de Retiro dos irmãos Palottinos. Arrendada pelo hotel desde 2018, ainda é propriedade dos irmãos. O hotel tem toda a simplicidade de um seminário o que garante certo charme, porém não é tão confortável como os hotéis em que estamos acostumados. Foge um pouco da proposta do hotel/conforto mas ganha pela história e pela tradição. Os azulejos são os mesmos, piso dos quartos, estilo das áreas comuns. É interessante. O que importa mesmo é que o quarto é bem limpinho. As roupas de camas e banho também são bem limpinhas, cheiro bom, apesar de meio gastas. Café da manhã simples, mas farto. Opções variadas de bolos e pães, 1 presunto, 1 queijo, umas 3 frutas, 2 sucos, ovo e salsicha.

Hola, alquile 2 habitaciones por internet, dejando la tarjeta de credito como garantia. Al llegar pague con dinero ambas habitaciones, no me dieron ningun recibo. Al volver noté que me aparecio un cargo en la tarjeta por una de las habitaciones. Hice el reclamo, y dicen que luego de una auditoria yo pague solo una habitacion, lo cual es falso, ademas como todos estos hoteles cuando pagas en efectivo no te dan recibo, lo que ya me parece normal. Pidan el recibo, porque alguien del hotel se quedó con el pago de una habitacion y me lo estan cobrando a mi. CUIDADO, no pongan su tarjeta de CREDITO en el SITO del HOTEL !! y pidan recibo por mas confianza que les den los del hotel...

Hotel sencillo. Cumple perfectamente con lo ofrecido. Entorno precioso .y el encanto de haber sido un convento. Lo recomiendo. Pasillos encantados y buena ubicación. Desayuno correcto y amplio horario
