Minca Chunuu - Glamping - Coworking Minca

Don't come if you have another choice. We were staying nearby and the restaurant was closed so we came twice. Both times no one was at reception and had to wait to get someone. At the restaurant it took almost a half an hour to get a menu and a lot of the items were unavailable. There are dogs running loose. The second time we never got our drinks nor did they others around us. The chef told us it was open and that she'd get the waiter. The man who was the waiter sat in a hammock for 15 minutes before asking if we wanted, and then continued to be on his phone in the kitchen while we waited an hour with small children. The food was lackluster. The dogs kept begging for food to the point of sitting on our bench next to my 4 year old. At one point they started growling and fighting and no one did anything. We walked up and left. We told the person st reception and she didnt look surprised. We were very grateful we weren't staying here!

Perfect to relax!!! River running by the side of my room, connected with nature - trail are top in Minca. The staff was friendly, food was fantastic and the overall experience was just made to order. Great place to rest and to meet new people.

Nice place but terribly tan. I left my shoes outside drying and they got stolen by a staff member. First I thought they just moved them until days later they were still saying “they can’t find them”. I have CCTV of the caretaker stealing the shoes, unfortunately I can’t upload the video here but below are pictures. Avoid this place, your stuff isn’t safe and they ignore all of your messages. Was I not running for a bus I would have gotten the police involved.

While I must admit, I was not wild about Minca as a whole, this hostel was really cool. We ended up hanging out here the majority of the time. The pool is nice, there's tons of cool places to sit and hang out, and access to the river. They offer motorbike rentals and they serve really yummy food. Seems to be a family spot, so be prepared to have kids around. It's a long walk from town, but do-able. We got really sick from food in town and ended up having to stay an extra night. It was nice to have a private room and AC, the staff was very accommodating while we felt like crap haha

The location is lovely and the deluxe rooms very comfortable. The pool is a reasonable side and a lovely location next to the river. There are a ton of insects as to be expected, especially at night. The reception staff were lovely! Bar staff friendly too but rather disinterested. Got My food wrong three times in a row, to the point I just didn’t eat it. Overall though, a nice place in minca around 15 minutes from the centre.
