Had lovely time at the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety at breakfast, gorgeous desserts at dinner. Proper coffee at breakfast was a very pleasant discovery.
Loved it. Will come back!

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were warm and welcoming. My room was ready early so I was allowed to check in. The rooms was spacious well designed and clean. The pool area was very well laid out. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed on my own and felt safe and completely relaxed.

Nice and comfortable room and good hotel facilities. Unfortunately we had two times bad odor coming from the ventilation.

The rooms are ok, renovated and clean. However, the dining room and the hotel do not exude much charm. Price / performance was ok.

The hotel itself is clean, reception staff are friendly and helpful. The guy that worked at the bar was a bit barky; especially when we wanted to pay by cash (hotel is car payments but you can put the money in at reception and pay by a tab) the pool lacked any a**osphere and the water was cold (not heated at all) which meant the pool was usually empty or 1 or 2 brave people might be in there. This was really disappointing for me. The hotel is in a good location near lots of restaurants/bars and close to the beach. I probably wouldn’t return to Santa ponsa not this time of year as I found it a little dry. We did do a boat trip to see the dolphins though which was amazing

Poor Wi-Fi in the hotel that did not cover all areas/buildings and was not accessible from my hotel room.

Hotel was fine. Very clean and clinical and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of foods and ample choices for all tastes.

I wasn't aware of any VIP benefits but still enjoyed the hotel.
Room was lovely, a mirror outwith the bathroom would have been nice for both parties getting ready at same time or a full length mirror perhaps but all else was excellent.
