Bel hotel bien situé à coté d'une belle grande plage. Accueil agréable, personnel souriant.Personnel du service restauration très sympa. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas en route.Beau buffet varié par contre je trouve qu'il n'est pas normal que l'on doive payer l'eau quand on paye la demi-pension ! Nous avons était dans d'autres hotels de Majorque où l'eau , les sodas et le vin était en libre service. Juste coté piscine, le fait que beaucoup de personnes réservent leurs transats dès 7 h du matin en posant des serviettes sans être présents, du coup, plus de possibilité de s'installer autour de la piscine après notre petit-déjeuner , la direction de l'hotel devrait l'interdire !

After reading reviews I was a bit worried , but the moment we arrived we enjoyed our week long holiday . The hotel is clean, and pool area nice . We managed to get a sunbed every day. The food is what you pay for, for the price this is not bad! We found something to eat which we enjoyed every dinner time. We did only go half board. The area is great, the Beach 5 mins away, good shops and bars too. I really do think this was good value for money for half board.

Never again, would never recommend and hope no guest ever has the misfortune to experience the lowest form of customer service everrrrrr….. paid room confirmed not honoured on arrival, rotten reception furniture crumbling when sat on launching body onto cold concrete form causing injury, injury dismissed, hotel and director on site flat out refusal to report accident, refusal to assist with medical help despite being liable for accident, reception staff deliberately hostile because of no fear of any consequence to the point of taunts, eye rolls and laughter at customer distress so zero customer service or care and to top it all off, poolside thieves make this hotel their home. Need I say any more.

I stayed here for a week half board, with family and we had 3 rooms. My room was really spacious and always clean but the double bed was just two singles pushed together, not really a problem. Our Aircon worked great but in one of the other rooms they couldn't use it because it sent out a horrible sewage smell. The hotel is lovely in the shared areas and the food was okay, standard holiday buffet food. Plenty of meat, seafood and salads. You can get bleach towels from reception for a 5 Euro deposit which we didn't find out about for a few days. The main problem is that there aren't nearly enough sun loungers around the pool. We never managed to get any, not even two let alone 8 together which we would have needed. They are all reserved from early morning. The beach is a short walk away but to spend the day on a bed there you will need to pay 18 Euros hire for two (6€ per bed and parasol which isn't optional) so that quickly adds up! Or you could lay your towel on the sand. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants really close by and it's a short walk along the front to the main strip where the nightlife is. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return just because you can't get around the pool at all ☹️

Too much we did not like as others have said before. Check in slow Receptionist surly Dining room chaotic Breakfast taken away at 10.00 on the dot even though the breakfast hours are until 10.00. Staff physically stopping guests from passing for more hot water! Hand up...shouting NO at guests. We only went once...again chaotic. No proper tea, leaky teapots, water from 1 ancient old urn! Main bar is expensive. The Sky bar is much cheaper- why??? There is an extra sun terrace on Level 5. Nobody seems to use it. No poolside service for anything. The hotel has a good location, rooms are large but ours had only side sea view but we paid for sea view. Some rooms are refurbished some are old. Very few walk in showers. Lots of hot water abd good shower heads. We found the staff to be unfriendly and we won't be back to any Bahia hotel. This hotel needs a new manager and a huge amount of changes made to all services! There are many German guests. Written notices were put up only in German. The pool is unheated and there are not many sunbeds and no proper umbrellas. We enjoyed Santa Ponsa but although on half board we ate out almost all of the time.
