酒店離機場不到二十分鐘，打車20歐左右。
酒店就在波廷中心旁邊，套房很大，房間有牙刷，拖鞋，咖啡機。早餐非常簡單，餐廳可以看到海。酒店的另一側是廣場，通過街道可以走進城區。沿着海邊，可以看到流浪者的雕塑。這一部分的港口沒有沙灘。桑坦德的另一個標誌建築馬格達萊納宮在離酒店三公里的半島，走路有點遠，要一個小時，打車十分鐘就可以到。沙灘區在這邊。

Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was any problem to them.
Pointed us in the right direction a few times and when we came back from San Sebastian for our last night were able to accommodate us with underground parking for our hire car

Our third stay in this hotel in last 5 years
Perfect location within walking distance to shops bars and restaurants
Great views if the bay
Restaurant is top notch

This seems to be the best hotel in Santander, and we were given an upgrade to the top floor penthouse (not listed on *******) - elevator to 10'th floor, and then walk up a stairway. Location is excellent - right outside the hotel was "Christmas celebration central" - various activities and lights. Parking under the hotel. Hotel dining room was very good (elegant, good food, etc.). Coffee shop okay. Internet connection good. Seems better than 4*. I would stay here again.

Great location near all local amenities within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious, easy check-in and check out, no cause for complaints and would stay again if I come back

The bedrooms specific the suites are in need of new carpets drapes furniture etc is not bad but it could be much very for the price charge … the service The girls and boys at the front desk are the best in the world!!

Lovely hotel, perfect location, would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in room but other than that such a lovely hotel, very close to the port staff were so friendly.
