Hotel room was not clean and no option available in breakfast &dinner. Hotel bill also not provided

Very worst hospitality. Air conditioner is not working properly tv is not working bathroom are in very worst condition nothing is related as shown in booking. Simply loss of money. cheating by showing old photos while booking. Food is very limited not worth for money. For dinner they only serves fried rice and for break fast only mini tiffin.

Hotel conditions is very bad, Property is not at all well maintained, there is no staff to address your concerns,

It is quite a bad experience. Service and house keeping is not good. Don't stay until you have valid reason like no room available or have advantage to vicinity of workplace

First of all no details given on room. Ac or non ac. When i reached the hotel they said you have booked non ac room. And asking me to pay apart from the current booking. The current booking will not be refunded either we can't use the room. Second - room is full of foul smell and no service is there. I tried to cancel the booking but mm t also didn't support me on cancellation. So i let the payment go a simple loss rather than given it to hospital for infection after staying in the room.

Found this in make my trip app with 3. 8 ratings but to be honest we can give only 2. 8 ratings. Food is ok. No helping boys for shifting the luggages. Restrooms are rusty. Place, infrastructure and rooms are spacious but problem is very poor maintanence, very less manpower

There's no request food. I discussed it with the reception guy and he said there no dinner but while booking it included dinner. And the I have shown the bill and there after he said what you want for dinner. This hotel team is cheating to the customer.

Staff not friendly. Asked for gst invoice. Denied for same, saying mm t will provide. Intercom was not working. No hot water for bath
