Amazing it was clean, staff really friendly

They let me check in an hour early due to a commitment. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Clerk spoke english which really helped with check in.

When I did the reservation I did it for 4 people in a doble queen bed room and the hotel only received for 2 people. So I had to pay for 2 additional guest.
The water heat in the room didn't work, the fixed it 2 hours later.
When I payed for the 2 additional guest the night they told me that we had the free breakfast for the 4 of us but still they charged me for 2 breakfasts more.
The place is nice and quiet with good amenities but my suggestion is shake how the information pass in the reserved system between ******* and the hotel.

Out of a 5 I give this property a 4. Staff was super nice a friendly, the valet service was great. The property however needed some cleaning around the pool area. The rooms were good. A/C worked great in our room. Will definitely stay here again.
