I had a 2-night trip to Santiago. The main negative point was that the shower eas cold for both nights. I called the reception and they said that would restart the gas heating, but it didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean but towels were old.
Location: good, there are restaurants in a walking distance. Costanera mall is 2km away.
Breakfast: I did not have time to try - they start serving at 7:30 am, and for the day-trips I had to leave early (around 6/ 6:30).

Front desk people were very nice and friendly. Location is fine. Subway station near and restaurants being couple of blocks away. But the rooms are really small. For this price, I would expect something more spacious. Loundry services they offer are available for a fraction of price just couple of streets away.

The hotel was really outdated. We had booked 2 night stay but we checked out after 1 night because the rooms were very small, bathroom extremely small, very old rooms, couldnt find AC remote, no hot water kettle or microwave. Breakfast was very basic- the croissants and baked items were dry and cold.

Nice little boutique hotel. Not a lot of amenities like a spa but the room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in a nice neighborhood very near the metro. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

Very safe and clean. Rooms are comfortable and fairly new. We went to Santiago for business and this hotel was located very conveniently for us. We were worried about how they handled all covid related cleaning but honestly everything was very professional and handled in a diligently fashion.

Foi uma excelente estadia , o hotel é simples ,porém confortável e limpo, café da manhã ok funcionários super atenciosos e nos ajudaram muito com dicas, o hotel tem uma excelente localização Fomos e voltamos de metrô,pois a estação é praticamente ao lado do hotel O Cerro SAN Cristobal e o Costa era é bem perto também , sendo possível até ir caminhando. Eu e meu esposo adoramos a estadia

En general bien, excepto por la cama, pagué una cama Queen y la verdad no lo eran, incluso era un poco más pequeña que la de 2 plazas. Eso fué lo único negativo

Lo que más destaco del hotel es la amabilidad del personal y la perfecta limpieza de la habitación. Está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del metro y en un barrio seguro y tranquilo.Muy buena relación precio calidad. La carta de su restaurante es sencilla y los platos muy bien preparados. Sin duda volvería.
