I am very satisfied with this reservation. Hotel is beautiful, cozy and rooms very comfortable and clean. Walking distance from many restarurants and the Colonial Zone most important spots. Only street parking available and must times is crowed.The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you have a pleasent.stay It was my boyfriends birthday and everyone congratulated him and even gave him a bottle of wine as a gift. We will defintely come back.

The gentleman at the desk was very unpleasant and had no customer service manners, he felt annoyed by the guest.

The hotel was in a good area around shopping , bars and restaurants. The room was cleaned and pretty spacious. They also offered breakfast in the morning. All in all, good price, good location and safe.

We did not end up staying at this place. There were no rooms available for me and my friend. 3 confirmed rooms in total and none was available. The manager eventually moved us to a nice place but they did not tell us the situation and kept telling us to wait and wait. It tooks us about 1.5 hrs to get to the new place. Which was nice but not a hotel and therefore has no service. Not even coffee. If you are going to book here, I am not sure how you can guarantee actually staying here.

Very comfortable beds and updated furnishings. It was quiet while we were there. I dont think they were at full capacity. The jacuzzi (not heated) and rooftop patio is nice. The rooftop bar was not open when we were there. Front desk staff were very helpful, gave good recommendations for dining and entertainment, of which there are many options within walking distance.

Hotel was well kept and had a nice little courtyard you walk through to get to the rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and checked us in without a problem (we spoke very little Spanish but they made the process easy). The room was very nice as well as the bathroom. We ended up talking to the manager (or owner) who spoke English and gave us some tips on where to go and where they were holding a free concert in the park.
The few downsides I can share were there were quite a few mosquitos inside the room (more than I noticed outside) and the rooftop bar was not open while we were there.
Overall, it was a great place to stay with extremely friendly staff and a convenient location that's very walkable.

The hotel is really beautiful with excellent location, the staff is friendly, the shower in my room had excellent pressure but a lot of the water ran out of the cabin, also the listing is wrong regarding to the parking, they don’t have any, but you can park in the street depending availability

Rooms are cozy but no nice views from the windows. Staff was very friendly. Nice restaurants and cafes on walking distance.
