Immerso Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels

Pequeno almoço não é extremamente variado mas com muita qualidade, especialmente o sumo de laranja, as frutas de época, e o próprio local onde a refeição é realizada, que é muito agradável. Atendimento sempre com educação e simpatia dos funcionários. Passámos duas noites num quarto fora do edifício principal e a experiência de alojamento não foi boa. O quarto é muito pequeno, casa de banho mínima (meu marido aleijou-se duas vezes a tomar banho por falta de espaço), a varandinha devia dar para um lindo prado verde.. mas as fotografias sao enganadoras e a realidade é que a vista é para um monte de terra que ainda está a ser tratado (fotografia da vista do quarto) Climatizacao do quarto nao dá para desligar e por esse motivo há um barulho constante e permanente (nao é muito alto mas ao fim de algumas horas é super cansativo). O tempo estava mau e por isso nao foi possível usufruir da piscina. O facto de não haver piscina interior também penaliza o hotel. O hotel é bom, mas o valor por noite não reflete de todo a experiência tida.

Yes, the resort is beautiful but the basic rooms are small and only some have ocean views. The bathroom area is tiny and there is no counter space. There are also no qtips, cotton pads or slippers and the shower door leaks. However, the soap, shampoo and body lotion that are provided smell very nice. Also the rooms that are off of the main building are surrounded by hedges and trees and I noticed a few bugs in my room perhaps because of this natural environment. The safe in the room was not connected to anything so we had to keep our valuables with us at all times. The beds were comfortable and the food at breakfast was delicious however the restaurant is expensive and the wine list unnecessarily so; you're better off eating at one of the nice local spots in town. The gym was also surprisingly minimal and lacking in equipment especially considering this is a "wellness" resort. Also frustrating was that the pool wasn't heated and the deck area, though pretty, was very windy. You also have to walk through the restaurant in order to get to the pool which just seems odd. The staff were friendly and the yoga instructor was great. I also found the manager, Mafalda, was helpful in making reservations for where to eat in town and which beaches to check out. Overall the hotel is pricey for what it is. It is also not in Ericeira but is a 15 minute drive north of the town. There are only 10 parking spots at the hotel, otherwise you have to park up a hill off the property.

Brilliant new hotel. Well maintained. Situated on a tiny hill looking over the valley and the ocean. Situated in a small wooded area. Great food, people and atmosphere. Comfortable bed and chill vibe. The team did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy. Great housekeeping team. A special thanks goes to Mafalda, Pedro and all the restaurant team.

We live close so we've not stayed there just been to the restaurant. We went for lunch and the choice of ingredients (secrets of pork) were just excellent. The care take in the design of each dish, the choice of the very best ingredients and perfect execution elevated the experience beyond anything you might reasonably expect. and THEN.... the wonderful, sweet, knowledgeable waitress clued us in on a 10 course dinner with wine pairing. They invited a guest chef, Alexandre Silva who has a Michelin star. My wife and I are older and lived in NY and London and have had some great meals in our lives - but this was the best - EVER. I do not say that lightly.

Stunning hotel next to Ericeira! Great staff, beautiful architecture and very good food! Rooms are spacious and superb. Superb spot for a relaxation holiday with short trips to top surf spots! We would have loved to stay longer!

Amazing atmosphere, food, service and view. They grow their own produce. Excellent smoothies and healthy options on the menu. It is family owned and operated. Not a chain. Beautiful decor. Wide array of teas.

Just 45 minutes drive away from Lisbon, Immerso is a true escape. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and the stunning beauty of the property. Our bags were whisked away to our room while we were left to enjoy a cocktail on the terrace overlooking the countryside and crashing waves below. The rooms are beautifully designed and you can feel yourself relaxing as you walk down the cool corridors surrounded by the smell of eucalyptus. The robes are so comfy and invite long mornings cuddled on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We had a wonderfully relaxing couples massage at the spa as well. There is a free shuttle that takes you into town to explore the sun and surf of Ericeira, and ubers are easy to catch to surrounding beaches. The pool on the property is beautiful and peaceful. The food at Immerso is absolutely a highlight. The complimentary breakfast buffet is stunning - full of fruits, pastries, fresh veggies, and delicious breads. On top of all this, you can also choose made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and other hot items. We will be dreaming about our two dinners at Immerso for years to come! The duck rice and beef cheeks were both deeply savory and flavorful and we ordered the beet salad twice! The wine pairings were stellar and brought everything together. Thank you to the entire Immerso staff for giving us a perfect honeymoon. We cannot recommend Immerso enough and wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful service, ambience, aesthetic, and food and drink. Superb breakfast and views from pool. Room was disappointing as supposed to have a “Nature” garden view but looked instead on a car park! Area around not as rural as expected and beach further away than we thought. Still a great hotel and getaway experience. Highly commend the helpful, knowledgeable and prompt staff.

A very beautiful hotel and the accommodations were excellent. The stafff was unbelievable .
