Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini

Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort'ta 9 gün boyunca olgun ikinci evlilik balayı misafirleriyiz. Zamanımızı çok sevdik, servis her zaman dikkatli ve hızlıydı. ABD'de bir Destinasyon Düğün Mekanı INOLA Blue Ridge'e sahibiz ve lüks ve hizmetten anlıyoruz. Havuz tasarımı ve aydınlatma muhteşem, oda manzarası harika. Saat 11:30 ile 19:00 arasında yüksek sesli parti müziğinden hoşlanmıyorsanız dikkatli olun. Ana havuzun yakınında oda rezervasyonu yapmayın. Odalardaki küçük havuzların daha samimi hale getirilmesi için daha fazla bitkiye ve dekora ihtiyacı vardır. Ayrıca havuz odalarının yaklaşık %80'inde diğer odalar havuzunuza bakmaktadır. The staff was world class. The room and facilities were impeccable. All in all, a great place to stay in Santorini, bravo Nikki Beach!

Kızım ve ben burada yaklaşık dört gün kaldık. Yeterli olduğunu söyleyemem. Resepsiyondaki Kalliopi'nin misafirperver yüzünden, bizi en iyi şekilde ağırlamak isteyen Elizabeth'in sıcak ruhuna kadar, unutulmayacak bir tatildi. Muhteşem olan ilk odamızda küçük bir sorun vardı ve aradım. Hemen muhteşem bir süite yükseltildik ve Elizabeth bize yeni süitimizi göstereceği için çok heyecanlıydı. Dünyanın her yerindeki birçok otelde kaldık ve burası sadece personeli kadar iyi. Önde Kalliopi ve Elizabeth gibi insanların ve (plaj alanını işleten) Kostas'ın olması geri gelme isteği uyandırıyor. Otel de büyüleyici. Çok minnettarız!

Beautiful & stylish hotel on the beach, with the most attentive staff, whose enthusiasm showed albeit on occasion a bit forgetful with some of our orders/requests. We were welcomed with fresh fruit & bottled water on our arrival in all our rooms, which was replenished daily. The mini bar was well stocked but a bit pricey, and we found Whispering Angel & a good selection of Champagne in the little supermarket opposite! Our rooms were luxe and extremely large & comfortable and good quality bathroom products. Housekeeping were well drilled, efficient with high standards and rooms spotless after every refresh and turn down. We were given a room upgrade, with a pool, to our 3 rooms which was a treat but sadly the pools where a bit dirty & only cleaned once, on the day we left (6 days later)! We ate lunch at the residents pool regularly, the menu had a good variety of options, & we where looked after by Thalia who was amazing…the best example of staff who was attentive without being intrusive…superstar & deserves all her tips, who brought us cold fragrant towels, local drinks to taste and fresh fruit kebabs, free, daily. Breakfast has lots of options, you will not go hungry, caters for all dietary needs and the staff are super friendly and multi lingual. We only ate dinner once during our 6 night stay as we were quite disappointed at the experience on our first evening; it took nearly 90 minutes for our food to arrive (10pm), the menu options were limited - many of the same dishes are on the daytime lunch menu which our young adults had already tried - our pre-dinner drinks took 30+ minutes to arrive, wrongly charged €150 for an €85 bottle of rose, which was expensive enough, and one of our dishes, seafood linguine was a mix of cold & warm pasta…hence we ate at other restaurants for the rest of our stay! The daytime has a cool buzzy vibe with day guests and music from the resident DJ and our group of 6 were happy to enjoy being at the residents pool rather than the iconic beds around the main pool, but can see the attraction if you’re with a group of friends & share the €500 cost of hiring these beds, it looked quite a party! It’s very tempting and easy to not move from NB, and very safe and enjoyable if you’re travelling solo or as a single parent with your teenagers, but you must venture out & visit Fira, Oia, Black Beach (full of beach clubs & restaurants), and the villages of the Caldera..especially at sunset time as you’ll miss highlights of Santorini. Although young children are very welcome at the resort, it’s not really suitable or ideal. We received complimentary 30 minute treatments at the Spa, which was fabulous, so much so we booked more treatments during our stay! Both Kostas & Angela are experienced therapists and made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Despite the airport being adjacent to the hotel, thankfully the air traffic was limited and only occasionally noticed an inbound plane or engine noises at takeoff, but at least

Very disappointed, we booked the most expensive room: big, that’s all. No decoration outside in the yard (not even towels, no feeling of being welcomed at all) - a backyard in a suburb of Athens has probably more charm. After taking a shower, water came up the toilet. Cleaning service didn’t clean the mess properly so the smell kept for the whole night and the bathroom looked like sh*t. To save your soul we don’t upload any pictures here… The Beach for hotel guests with families was dirty, no preparation at all, very poor service as well. Those guests are obviously not wanted at Nikki Beach. Bad communication from service team:We received 3 calls in the morning of our check-out and one call while having dinner at 10pm the night before - what a shame - though we clearly were granted a late check-out and all procedures set at check-in already. General manager was sorry indeed and offered us a bed at the party area (again: we have young kids…), so basically nothing… Summary: whoever we meet, however we know - we will recommend any hotel but not Nikki Beach Santorini for sure

An excellent resort. General Manager Mr.Petridis always alert and around. Magnificent pools, music and famous dj's. The room was superb with private small pool and great air conditioning. Food was pricey but tasty. From staff Maria, Freideriki, Giota and Nektaria did a great job. 5' distance from the airport. Hope we can be there again soon.
