The hotel is perfect. Views are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool outside our room every day. Breakfast included every morning was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and professional and made sure that we had an amazing stay! You will not regret staying here

As always, it has been a unique experience, having the chance again to enjoy our 4th stay at Grace. Grace team with their professionalism and productive efficiency has managed once more to make us feel like home! Our upmost appreciation to the front office for immaculate service and to Mrs Sylvia and team who have tendered generously their best of service at the pool restaurant/bar. It was a great pleasure to meet also the GM Mr Georgousis who had made every kind effort to improve our stay in the best possible manner, within and beyond the "borders" of Grace. Special thanks to our dear Mr. Konstantinos Zindros for his overwhelming effort to top up our time in Grace in every perspective what so ever! Grace team has achieved to create an immaculate 5* hospitality experience of global standards, making Grace a destination by itself alone! Congratulations to the management and team of Grace for a flawless operation!

We had the best experience .Our arrival check in was Wonderful with the Front Desk and the GM going above and beyond.Our room was incredible with a stunning view and super private.We had a lunch next to the pool that was super fresh and flavourful and the server Sylwia was super knowledgeable and skillfull providing a great service.We had a dinner at the restaurant and was one of the best meals we ever had.Chef Tsikrikis was amazing and Nektarios provide the best service ,he was very knowledgeable and his service was top notch.It was the best experience that we had in the island.

After doing lots of research on Santorini, I decided to book the Grace Hotel. Every review website or YouTuber spoke so highly of this hotel, and I can honestly say it didn't disappoint. Yes, you pay a bit more than other hotels, however if you are looking for a romantic setting, exceptional views, world class service and a quiet ambience to let the days drift away on your private deck and pool, then this place is for you. It's a once in a lifetime hotel as is Santorini once in a lifetime island. So, pick the Grace Hotel and you will be assured of truly lasting memory. We can't wait to return....because the Grace is so good, Santorini it back on our bucket list. If you have mobility issues - i.e. can't comfortably climb up and down 100+ stairs then this is not the right location for you. The hotel has porters for your luggage, but you still need to walk up and down many stairs each day. You certainly come away with strong legs ;)

Amazing doesn’t begin to explain our time at the Grace hotel. The beauty of Santorini can be had anywhere on the island, but not at the level that staying in the villa at the Grace provided. The staff were incredibly welcoming from Costas the driver who picked us up at the airport to the restaurant staff and maintenance staff all who were incredibly helpful and warm. Most of all our experience was taken to another level by George who was a personal concierge/butler for the Villa. He made everyday special for my family and me. He anticipated our every want or need and just made everything even more remarkable and memorable. We hope to get back to Santorini again and when we do we will be staying at the Grace. Thank you Grace and George for making our time so special!
