For the price, you get what you pay for. Two beds and a bathroom. However I was mislead by the photos they chose to use as they showed a nicer room, with nicer walls, beds and a balcony. The balcony was for the whole floor and two sets of stairs and a hallway away from the room. There was also no refrigerator and the AC unit made constant noise. However as I said, for the price it is what it is. I just hope they use more truthful advertising in the future.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Value for Money; The clear advantage is the view from the room. Also the terrace is quite cool! Although the bed in the room could be a bit better.

Stayed for one night as we had a train the next day. Location was convenient for this, but the beach nearby isn’t one is Sanya’s best.
However there are restaurants nearby, and the room was nice enough.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It is conveniently located and well maintained. The swimming pool is lovely and there are many restaurants and shops in front of the hotel. It was very difficult to find as the name of the hotel is in Chinese and the building for check in looks more like a tourist information Centre rather than hotel reception. Apart from the hotel, please becareful of the going to the beach across this hotel. It is infested with sand flies that bite!!!!! My husband and I have over 50 sand fly bites over our bodies. I wish I had known this before going to the beach. Nobody warns you of this. If you do go to the beach, be sure to wear protective clothing if you don't want to get bitten.

Very good location. The rooms and the service can be improved. Also the pool is not available in the morning and closed on cloudy days.

房間在37樓衞生很差，螞蟻到處跑，還有瓢蟲，枕頭都還有一股騷臭味體驗感很差，牙刷也像是被人用過的二次回收

非常滿意的一次住宿，設施齊全，環境超好，辦理入住手續簡單快捷，停車方便收費便宜。廚房可以開火食特別適合一家大小入住

小區改造的公寓酒店，前台就在小區門口，當天抱着睡着的小孩拖着大包小包辦理的入住，不能要求前台幫忙拉行李吧，衹想讓她看在抱小孩的份上趕緊辦理入住，進入小區找到房間還是覺得挺遠的。酒店的空調真的是太老了，一個晚上伴着吱吱吱的聲音入睡，來三亞5個晚上，和同等價位的酒店比，真的體驗感一般。

是在小區裏面，有門禁卡，也挺方便的，對面就是大海，不想走遠去看海，就在對面也可以看到的。進小區裏面有個很大的游泳池，可以向酒店要票，免費去玩。
