They are not focused on international clients. It’s obvious that they are not particularly interested in them either, as 95% of the guests here are locals. The breakfasts are absolutely terrible, and the place is dirty everywhere. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong suit. In the best case dirt is simply brushed off the tables onto the chair you're sitting on, leaving stains on your clothes. Sunbeds on the beach are nearly impossible to find unless you're extremely lucky. The heated pool is completely uncomfortable and seems to be there just for show. In comparison, the heated pool at the nearby MGM hotel is tastefully designed and actually enjoyable. This is despite the fact that there is almost no price difference between the hotels, and in our case, it was even cheaper. Overall, we’ve formed a clear impression that we will not be coming back here.

Really old resort back in early 2000s. Many idle facilities left to rot collecting dust. Breakfast buffet is heavily chinese oriented as expected. Not much suits even for our south east asian taste buds. The water park is quite sad because they make it seemed bigger than it actually is from promotional photos. And yes it is equally old water park. Location is very close to the train station so thats a plus point for us doing short stay in Sanya.

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

It was a great experience. As a family of 3 (including a toddler), we enjoyed our trip. The buffet was adequate. The water park and Adventure Zone were the best for my son.

網上好多人吐槽紅樹林，我來三次三亞住了三次紅樹林，並沒有網上説的那麼差。舊是肯定舊一點，我住的皇后棕，衞生整潔，服務也是到位的。市中心的位置去第一市場吃海鮮或其它地方都方便，門口有葯店，便利店。我最喜歡它的整體園區，面積很大，綠化也好，給人休閑舒適松馳的感覺。玩途的冰淇淋比哈根達斯的好吃，早餐的自助咖啡機裏咖啡豆🫘子比其他酒店的都好喝。送的旅拍也不錯，總體來説在三亞是性價比極高的酒店，預算有限的人很推薦。還免費看了萬人AI藝術展，很棒！

My sons who shared the room had rashes (bed bug bites) on the first night we stayed in the hotel. We reported it immediately so reception has changed the rooms for us. But the next day there was no new rashes but the ones that was already there have inflamed and we had to go to the hospital. I explained to the reception that we were going to hospital and we were going bill the hotel for hospital bill but manager refused to accommodate explaining that bed bugs can be found in grass and the next person who checked in didnot complain. This is when i was furious, not only they didnt do proper inspection to the room but also put the next guest in, when we clearly raised our concern regarding bed bug possibility.

This is our fourth time we stayed in this resort. The condition is getting worst. Things are broken and dirty. Elevators have no air conditioning and due to severe humid weather it is use elevator. Rooms as quite big but it was full of smell of mould. Even lobbies were quite smelly. Resort needs renovation.
