非常糟糕 毫無五星級體驗的一家rosewood， 服務員水平比較差 比保潔員都差 還讓你在14:00後等待checkin 等了半個小時，售後checkout問題也很糟糕，完全不敢想的體驗

One of the best hotel stays i've ever had and i travel frequently. This was a great and beautiful hotel for my solo trip to são paulo i was delighted around every corner by the art or little unique touches that make this place so special and the staff is so helpful and warm as well.

I've stayed a multiple Rosewood properties and this location is by far my favorite! The service is impeccable, they think about every single details. This hotel quickly became my favorite place in Sao Paulo. The amenities are great, you forget for a second that you are in the heart of a huge metropole. I can't wait to visit it again!

I have traveled a lot around the world and without a doubt this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The beauty of the property, the attention to details, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff all contribute to make the stay in Sao Paulo incredibly pleasant. Truly a superb hotel!

Check-in took too long. Too dark in corridors. Room door is absurdly heavy and difficult to open. Bathroom is huge but lacking. Fantastic bathrobe—best ever. Construction inside the hotel woke me at 7:15am….The Emperor Has No Clothes

Its architectural grandeur is matched only by the culinary delights on offer, elevating the dining experience to unprecedented heights. However, the tarnish on this otherwise illustrious establishment emerges from the lamentable state of its staff, necessitating an immediate overhaul under a more astute and discerning general director. The dichotomy of splendid opulence and deplorable service casts a perplexing shadow over an otherwise promising establishment.

From the moment I arrived to check out this property was an amazing experience. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. They tried to always go the extra mile and elevate the entire experience. I felt more than a guest but as a friend as Barbara welcomed me into the hotel. They stay on hand for any questions or needs just through simple texts.
