hotel com excelente estrutura, quartos amplos e bem equipados, banheiro grande com amenities O Boticario Spa.
Refeições com muita variedade e opções, ótima gastronomia, café da manha com muitas frutas, queijos, frios e diversos tipos de pães e bolos
Funcionários sem exceções todos muito educados e atenciosos.

We were attending a local wedding in Cotia about 30 minutes away from this property. We spent 2 nights here. We rented the Loft room that was about $500 per night.
Our overall stay was good. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed the hotel as there was a lot for them to do.
The food was good and a wide variety of options at the buffet. There was only one restaurant option and it was a buffet for every meal.
I did expect more from this hotel overall given they have a 5 star rating and the high cost to stay here.
They missed all the little details that you’d normally expect from this class of hotel. A perfect example of this was we didn’t rent a call and we were staying in the loft rooms which are a good 10 minute hilly walk to the lobby, we were reminding a few times at check in that we had to walk it every Time because there was no transportation.

Hotel muito limpo e organizado com excelente estrutura. Mesmo estando com 100% de ocupação os espaços não ficam cheios de gente.
Equipe de monitoria muito carinhosa com as crianças.
Comida excelente e de qualidade. Fiquei de sexta feira a segunda. Só achei que durante a semana a variedade de comidas cai um pouco quando comparado aos finais de semana.

O atendimento excelente, o hotel impecável. Não tenho o que reclamar, funcionários muito educados e atenciosos.
As meninas do spa também, umas fofas. Amei a massagem!

Vou sempre no Hotel, muito bom para casal. Consigo descansar. Comida maravilhosa! Só falta atividades a noite para adultos.

Apesar do hotel ter 31 anos, não aparenta por ser muito bem conservado e limpo. Conservação extremamente bem feita das áreas livres. Muita opção de esportes e distrações, Piscinas com água limpíssima, bem como no Spa. Por ser pensão completa, foi uma grata surpresa tudo: desde o café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Tem também um lanche da tarde. Tudo maravilhoso!!
Único senão, foi que reservei e paguei por um tipo de quarto e me colocaram em outro, alegando que minha reserva foi feita 1 dia antes! Ora, nada justifica pois o quarto estava disponível para a reserva, tanto que foi aceita.
