Communication with the staff was difficult, and finding the place once we got to Lagos was even worse. There are no signs identifying it, but you have to go to another business to check-n first anyway. We must have spent 40-minutes wandering around trying to figure out where the heck "Inn Seventies" was. Our shower drain got plugged one morning, then after the water had slowly drained away we were blessed with a bathroom full of sewer gas. They were good about fixing it quickly, but I could tell by their response that this must be a pretty regular occurrence. The AC didn't work in our room. It didn't matter how low I set it, it'd blow for about 60-seconds and then stop. I mentioned this to the staff but nothing was done. We didn't see any bedbugs, but my wife had several bites after waking up one morning, so I think there's an issue. They only make up the room every other day, which is fine, but we ate breakfast in bed one day while watching TV, and I had left a clean napkin on the bed beside me. We returned at the end of the day and noticed that the towels were changed and the bed made up, but when we turned it down to climb in, there was my napkin still waiting for me. So they clearly didn't change the sheets. I'm not an electrician, but looking at all of the wiring and outlet splitters left me feeling that it's likely a fire hazard. It is noisy at nights with people shouting and fighting outside. After all of that, I will say that the location was excellent, and for all its faults, the room was still okay, or at least not the worst I've ever stayed in. Just know what you're going into before you book.
