Tatil yerinin havuz ve bar alanından sunduğu muhteşem manzaralar hakkında hiç şüphe yok. Suyun hemen karşısındaki turkuaz İyon Denizi ve Korfu ile manzaralar tek kelimeyle nefes kesici. Butik otel ve lüks tatil köyü olarak sınıflandırılıyor ama havuz manzarası ve plaj dışında sunacak bir şey yok. Havuz, gördüğüm en iyi manzaralardan birine sahip güzel bir sonsuzluk havuzu. Güneş kaydediciler rahattır, ancak lüks bir tatil yeri için çok garip olan havuz havlusu sunmazlar. Bar son derece basit, sadece kahve, alkolsüz içecekler, şarap ve bira gibi temel içecekler sunuyorlar. Menü istediğimde menüleri yoktu ve hangi içecekleri sundukları sorulduğunda ise barmen bana bakmadan buzdolabını göstererek “Kahve ya da buzdolabında ne var!” Bu ne tür bir müşteri hizmeti? Bir içki sipariş ettiğimde ve ödemek istediğimde sadece nakit dedi. Plaj, yokuş aşağı sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, bembeyaz kumları ve kristal berraklığındaki denizi ve otel misafirleri için ücretsiz olan şezlongları ile oda numaranızı vermeniz yeterli. Havlu sunulmamaktadır. Belirtilmesi gereken bir şey, plaj barın kredi kartlarını kabul etmemesidir ki bu gerçek bir acıdır, bu yüzden yanınızda nakit bulundurduğunuzdan emin olun. Plajın hemen yanındaki restoran kartla ödeme kabul ediyor. Sabah 8-10 arası kahvaltı servisi de burada yapılıyor. Garsonlar gülümsemiyor ve hepsi çok düşmanca, tembel ve dikkatsiz. Hizmet sadece korkunç. Kahvaltıya inmek yokuş aşağı ve gölgede kolay bir yürüyüş ama doğrudan güneş altında çok kayalık ve tozlu dik bir yoldan çıkmak biraz zor olabilir. Ayrıca, gece sahil restoranından odanıza yürüyerek gitmeye çalışıyorsanız, yolun aydınlatılmadığını da unutmayın! Resepsiyona oda servisi siparişi vermek için bir menüm olup olmadığını sorduğumda (odada bir menü yoktu), menüleri olmadığını söylediler. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla, herhangi bir yiyecek istiyorsanız sahildeki restorana kadar yürümeniz ve geri dönmeniz gerekiyor çünkü 'bir arabaya bindiğimizde yiyecekler soğuk olurdu. Ve müşterilerimizin çoğunun arabası var, oraya kendileri gidebilirler. Villa, perde ve terasla ayrılmış ortak banyolu bir odadır. Toprak renkleri ve çok rahat bir yatağı olan güzel bir oda, ancak temel oda olanaklarına sahip çok basit. Küçük bir buzdolabı var ama vardığınızda su bile alamıyorsunuz, hatta * suyunuzu * içebileceğiniz bir bardak bile yok. Sabahlık yok ve duş jeli dışında banyo malzemeleri yok, bu kesinlikle lüks bir tatil yeri değil. Bir sabah gün doğmadan uyandım ve sihirli saatin tadını çıkarmak için havuza yöneldim ve iki adam paltolarıyla havuzlarının armut koltuklarında uyuyorlardı! Onlar onların personeliydi çünkü ben geldikten kısa bir süre sonra kendilerine kahve yaptılar ve havuzu temizlemeye başladılar! Arameras'taki personelin ne kadar profesyonellikten uzak olduğunu belirtmek için: Bir gün akşam geç saatlerde, gün batımından önce, havuz alanı sessizdi ve iki genç erkek konuşmaya başladı.

Stunning views from the pool and from the beach. Some of the best we’ve ever seen. Aquamarine coloured water with white sand. Perfect for kids to paddle in. Wonderful view over to Corfu. Staff were hit and miss. Great at reception and on the golf carts. Ok in the restaurant at the pool and not good down at the beach (apart from one guy from dueeras who was super friendly and efficient. Rooms are nice. Basic and a bit on the small size but very clean, comfy bed. Nice shower. Very quiet at night. When the staff were bad they were bad. Pushy. Terribly unfriendly. So bad in one case we nearly left the beach. Food isn’t great, had breakfast that had flys and bees all around it. Only offered one slightly cold coffee and a second had to be paid for. Dinner was just about ok. Muscles were nice. Soup undrinkable. Fish was overcooked with weird boiled flavourless vegetables. There’s also something weird going on between the restaurant bar and the bar at the beach. Guessing they are owned by different companies. All in all, this place is wonderful and I think we’ll go back however it’s only newly opened and it needs to be finished and teething problems with staff and food need to be sorted. Also music at the pool is horrendous especially at night. Takes away from the beauty so much. Max I’d pay to stay here is £180. Don’t pay £330 as I saw quoted for August. It’s not worth that yet. Wait for the better reviews to be consistent. Very little facilites to keep Older kids entertained. You’ll want a car to travel to eat out. Thanks to all the great staff though especially those at reception. They went above and beyond for us letting us stay past check out due to a late flight. You could see their devotion to making the place work.

Great experience at this place and we really enjoyed speaking with the staff, particularly one of the guys called Hergest who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil.

The beach was beautiful and the view from our room was very picturesque. There was a pool near the villas where u could watch the most amazing sunset. It was very relaxing. But its not worth it for the price, especially the food. I paid and left the restaurant hungry. The road to the beach was full of dust. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, we found a little snail in our bed. The design of the room wasnt the smartest and it gave u prison vibes, especially at night when we closed the curtains😅 Dont think I’ll revisit this place again.

We booked two rooms connected. To our surprise the bathroom was in a bad shape. The shower cabin had no door, all the water ran out in the bathroom floor. That explains the black mold at the edges of the bathroom. The AC unit never stopped and the sound of it leaves you counting the stars till dawn. It gave the impression that whoever built the resort (1 year in business was in a hurry). The beach was good, but when it came to the bar tender and restaurant "tender", they made everything hard to enjoy. The music sound was too high, and if it was not enough, they played just 6 songs (Albanian) repeating them for eternity. Also, the server’s attitude at the restaurant was like serving prisoners. No respect, no gratitude.

This hotel cancelled my booking 9 days before arrival as they couldn't see my updated card details, rather than trying to reach out to rectify, they simply cancelled the booking. When I called to query and try to resolve - 5 minutes after receiving the email - they said they had no space to rebook us at the hotel. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - so rude on the phone.

Very bad experience. I was traveling with my family and find worm in the room. See the photo We wanted to live and the staff didn’t alo to give the payment of the reminding days back. The road till the hotel was not the best. The view was great and some staff members also.

For the price they have they offer a terrible experience. Beach is very far away & the resort is fery far from the beach. Also they are very far away from the nearest market , pharmacy, hospital. Pretty much if u have someone who is suffering from some kind of sickness i wouldnt recommend.

The view&sea are really amazing,the service and staff is really avarage/poor qualitty and really not well trained. Cabins look very minimalistic,but they havnt any glass/cups/plate-nothing. For us was bezter was take a car every evening and drove to Ksamil restaurants-better qualitty&more friendly prices. We think that this place has a great potencial,but must be lead a professional staff,not this gang of amaters…
