This hotel is very nice and and in a nice location facing the sea View is good , the room was good and so was bed The breakfast was also good But the staff is very rude We met this person whose name is Idi was very very rude , you ask him any questions and he just snaps back , he was very rude to everyone who was trying to ask for any help People like him gives Albanian bad name , he should be talked to by management to behave properly with customers

Simple hotel on a good location to head onwards to ksamil. Close to Sarande walking street as well. Basic breakfast but was decent. Got a semi sea view room as well! Overall, not too bad! I h Iyer my stay( thanks for your service and hopsitality! Great location ho head onwards to ksamil

A great central place for a visit to Saranda. The staff was very helpful and the run plus cleaning in good standard. We got a lot of help from the staff with booking taxis, very helpful.
The view over the city and water from the balcony was amazing

Nice, friendly, family run hotel. It is right on the main road so weight of traffic in the season can be an issue (as it will be for the majority of hotels in town) but that does mean clear sea views and great sunsets over the bay. It's just out of the main downtown area, so noise from the clubs and bars aren't an issue. Showers are good, water piping hot, breakfast is standard Albanian and tastely. Wifi was a bit sketchy at times, so is cell signal - but that was down to volume of people using it...at 6am it worked great! :)

Breakfast: Loved it! Staff: Everyone was nice and friendly: helped me with cab booking to Butrint and Ali Pasha Location: 5-7 minutes and we would reach the public beach in Saranda ad Saranda boulevard/promenade. Restaurants are in abundance. Money exchange is nearby.

Some rooms have balconies overlooking the sea. Others overlook a street and some balconies are easy to access from the outside. Safety issue. Our basin was leaking so they put a bucket under it. Hmmmm. Air conditioning works. Small room with limited storage. Bed is comfortable but sheets are too small and come loose easily. Room was clean. Breakfast is OK. It gets messy fast and they do not tidy it up. If it is low cost, basic accommodation you seek, this works.

Camera bellissima con vista mare,grande accogliente ,pulita,cambiano asciugami ogni giorno,tutti i comfort funzionanti,balcone provvisto di tavolino e sedie....bagno bello e poco devo dire con getto bello caldo,frigo nuovo e funzionante .I gestori sono dolcissimi e disponibili,il top del top è la loro colazione per noi vale 10,ricca e di ottima qualità.... Consigliatissimo
