The only negatives were the lack of maintenance to fix a bathroom door that squeaked annoyingly during bathroom visits during the night and the hotel not having a shuttle driver when we arrived back at the airport adding almost a half hour to our departure home.
Otherwise our stay, our room, and the front desk service was top notch.

The truth is that I left this hotel very upset, the attention of the receptionist who is there in the afternoon is terrible! The room smelled musty, the baseboards were coming off the wall, the TV downstairs is broken and sharp enough that anyone could cut themselves. The shampoo, rinse cream and cream were empty, I called the reception because they had not made my room, they replied that I should request cleaning before, so I asked them to please bring me towels and they never brought them up, after waiting. For two hours I had to go down myself to get the towels, I have photos of everything I'm writing, I wrote to the manager. . And he never responded! I only write this because what they charge is really not worth it, I assure you!! There are hotels minutes away that cost much less and are much better!!! I only went to my son's tournament for 3 days and the truth is that he would never return!

Hotel was good, fairly clean, but as we went to breakfast the next morning we noticed the furniture and carpeting in the dining area were very dirty, with stains on the seats.

The hotel was conveniently located adjacent to the airport. However, it was quite loud, with having little to no sound barriers between guest room walls. I could hear everything the neighbors were saying and doing, as if they were in my own room. Staff were pleasant, polite, and were empathetic to my unrelated rental car issues. The continental breakfast was wonderful; plenty of options and well stocked.

Loud humming noise from door from next room over all night with a flood of water from it . Phone didn't work

The room was clean, however, there were several items in the room that did not work:
The one beside lamp did not work and the other flickered constantly.
The toilet was wobbly and rocked side to side.
The beside USB ports did not work.
The adjustable shower head would not adjust,
The staff was friendly and the pool was well maintained.
