Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs Downtown

Everything is extra the parking ..the wifi.. they are in the middle of construction so there were supplies everywhere including the parking lot which was annoying because it’s easier to park on the first level so you can go straight in. If you park on the second level, you take an elevator down to just go outside again to get to the hallway Which I guess would be fine if it wasn’t so cold out. But the most annoying thing was they turned the water off for like five hours. We were not informed they were going to be doing this and we had an event to go to that night, but we couldn’t take a shower. Before we even did any of that, we got in from being out , I went to the front desk and asked them if we could have some towels. Right then the receptionist in the front should have told us oh by the way the water is off. When I went to check out today I had mentioned it would’ve been nice if someone had told us about the water since I’m sure they had it scheduled for a while and was informed that when I first checked in the guy gave me a paper, which he didn’t. And then she told me they also put paper under the door, which I know for a fact was never done, and she almost made it seem like I was a liar . There are a lot of hotels to choose from out there. I’d skip this one next time. I’d say the only good thing was the breakfast was decent and there was a nice hot tub.

Get to site, had to pay for parking, housekeeping didn’t show up to our room, pool towels were stained.

There was no restaurant guide in the room, or phone book. We were not familiar with the area. The staff did make some suggestions, but the restaurant we went to, while convenient, was underwhelming. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known where to look.

It had a very welcoming classy looking lobby. Coffee and tea bar 24/7. Friendly front desk staff

Great place to stay, conveniently located to downtown, clean, comfortable, great breakfast!

Beautiful property. Beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was great. Only issue was the shower didn’t work completely correctly. Water still drained into the tub as well.

Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown is my go-to place to stay in Saratoga Springs NY. Beautiful building. Comfortable clean rooms. Perfect location. Efficient friendly staff. Good price. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was almost a five-star experience! The place was lovely, but it seems we missed a wild water escapade – never saw the water, just the aftermath. The staff were in full ‘cleanup mode’ with fans running everywhere, giving off a bit of a blockbuster disaster movie vibe. Even with the pipe drama, everything else was top-notch. A bit of a rollercoaster with the water pressure, but that’s just a minor quibble. Would definitely stay again – fingers crossed the waterworks are all sorted by then!

The location is prime, right around the corner from shopping and restaurants .
