First of all just to clarify this was a VERY brief visit so I can't claim to know everything about this hotel. Also it was during a severe heatwave which has obviously affected things considerably however I can report the following. 1. Communication pre-booking was very odd. I would receive either no reply to an e-mail or just a one word reply. Never come across that before. 2. On arrival, it has the appearance of a local authority building/ care home, rather than a hotel. 3. The bedroom we were in was really poor, small and again, like a care home. The aircon was not able to cope with the heat, so it was hot, quite shabby and very dated and unappealing. 4. The pools. It was about 46 degrees when we were there so the indoor pool was searingly hot, actually like a furnace with very hot water - it is essentially a greenhouse and was unuseable. Outdoor pools were also very warm and there was building work taking place which was quite an eyesore and dusty. There was just nowhere you could cool down. 5. I try to see the positives where I can, but I was struggling with this place, we did not use the restaurant so cannot comment. Maybe it would be a good option during the winter if you want a brief spa place, if you don't mind budget style accommodation.

This was my second time at the hotel. Staff was great as usual, very professional, attentive and willing to accommodate my needs (including having a cat and special dietary needs). The facilities also met my expectations again - I used the swimming pools, the gym and the bar services.

La struttura la conoscevo e devo dire che è sempre bella ,il personale gentile,disponibile e professionale . Poi c’è il cibo che personalmente non mi è piaciuto e neanche questa volta .Le camere ricordano un po’ una pensione e non quelle di un hotel termale a 4 stelle ,il nostro letto matrimoniale aveva i materassi con le molle e la rete del letto era fatta da una lastra di compensato fissata con delle viti,scomodissimo meno male ho fatto 2 notti,vai li per farti del bene e torni col mal schiena.Non va’ assolutamente bene .. Sicuramente ci tornerò ma se i problemi saranno ancora gli stessi mi lamenterò in maniera diversa .

Struttura molto pulita, personale gentile e competente, camera standard in condizioni più che accettabili. Unico neo la presa al lato del letto inefficiente, segnalata e comunque ignorata dal personale, per cui caricare il telefono è stato possibile solo con una presa lontana. Peccato perché la noncuranza provoca nel cliente insoddisfazione, per quanto si tratti di particolari importanti ma non essenziali. Cibo eccellente, la colazione davvero abbondante e varia, degna dei migliori hotel. Pietanze a cena e pranzo buone e ben cucinate. Piscine pulite e con personale sempre presente, disponibile, gentilissimo. Camera con temperatura troppo elevata, ma abbiamo chiesto venisse spento il riscaldamento e la situazione è migliorata ... ( C'erano 26 gradi e mezzo!) Nel complesso, a parte il particolare della presa non ripristinata, un soggiorno di buon livello ad un prezzo giusto.

Struttura accogliente, immersa nel verde, curata nei particolari, ma soprattutto pulita. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Ristorante ottimo con piatti tipici della cucina locale. Colazione ricca ed abbondante!!! Staff disponibile e cortese

Molto deludente, trascurato, piscine sporche con melma nei bordi, per niente soddisfatti, camere rovinate e datate con muri sporchi infissi danneggiati. Ristorazione sufficiente,niente di che. Persona molto gentile, ma veramente posto per niente curato.Non consiglio

Veniamo ormai da anni e ogni volta andiamo via soddisfatti, inoltre le due nuove piscine aperte all’esterno di cui una con idromassaggio e una con annesso baretto che serve la roba da bere direttamente a bordo piscina senza il bisogno di uscire dall’acqua per ordinare e consumare, hanno conferito enorme valore aggiunto alla struttura. Cibo buonissimo, colazione a buffet ricchissima e variegata e personale super accogliente e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Pessima esperienza . Percorso benessere inesistente . Non si può definire un centro termale . Mai più , si paga caro ed é un semplice ingresso in piscina dove sicuramente visto il chiasso non ci si può rilassare . Bagno turco (impraticabile , si percepisce odore di muffe )e sauna al secondo piano della struttura a pagamento ma non vale la pena. Assente la presenza di percorsi benessere con idromassaggi . Insomma una grande fregatura .

Struttura più che sufficiente. Buono il ristorante. Piscine sauna e spa ottime. Personale sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Ho visitato terme e spa in Italia e all’estero e un paragone non sarebbe possibile….ma averle ad un ora e mezza da casa è una comodità…. Tornerò presto…
