My room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The hotel overall was quiet and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The housekeeping staff kept interrupting me.
They forgot the room was already cleaned and knocked on my door four times.
That was not very pleasant

Amazing hotel. Clean room. They clean your room every day. There is vending machine for having snack in each floor. Hot tub can be a little warmer

The people are excellent! John who shuttled us around was awesome! Very accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel has fabulous food

The hotel has a great location, with great views. The rooms, however, could stand a makeover. The furniture is tired, with scuff marks, holes in the lamp shades and a worn carpet. Service from the staff was uniformly excellent.

Excellent service, and conveniently located close to downtown, and hospitals. Thank you for the extended check out, and arranging a cab for early morning pick-up. We’ll be back!

The management needs to invest in new bedding and update their outdated furniture. Despite the staff's efforts, they cannot repair or upgrade the supplies for guests. The beds are smaller than regular size, and deep cleaning for bugs and replacing old, stained, and worn-out fabrics would add value to your hotel. We have been loyal customers, but each time we visit, the experience worsens.
