We have found out this stay via make my trip at first impression only we have fallen in love with the view from hotel balcony, service was amazing, staff was very humble and handy, overall had fun

The location is remote, way for 4 wheeler car is very narrow. Room condition is very poor with all water leakage and fungus on wall. The hotel staff is not helpfull. The corridors of the hotel are pathetic and haunting.

I recently stayed at hotel mahabaleshwar fragrance and i have to say it was a disappointing experience. Despite the high rates, the service was lacking and the food was subpar. The meals offered were bland and far from enjoyable. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its price tag, and i felt i didn't get my money's worth. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

2. Cleanness 3. Broken switches 4. No one is available on reception after 11 pm 5. Not provided room heater on request 6. No power backup 7. Unstable wifi network

Mobile network issue inside & outside also. Face electricity problem throughout the stay. While there was issue in midnight of electricity outage no was responding the call at reception. There was no hot water.

Location of the property is not at mentioned clearly in the app. I would blame make my trip for this. It's not at all good for family. I paid for extra bed already however there was no extra bed provided. Food is over priced. Only the staff was well behaved that's all. Other than that nothing was good about the property. I would only blame make my trip for this. Whenever i have booked hotels using the app i never had good experience. It's better to go and spend time searching hotels physically and then book one rather than booking from the app. It's fruitless

Location is isolated. Hotel charged extra 3% on payment through credit card. This was not informed at time of booking nor at time of check in. Very upset.
