There breakfast is nonexistent. There is coffee and granola bars. That’s it. I feel like ******* owes me a partial refund.

It was a short trip. Everything was nice except for a bright flashing light in the restroom & over the bed. Imagine either opening the bathroom door & being blinded by a flash of light or getting up from the toilet & another. Like yiur pic is being taken. Then you get in the bed to sleep & this light starts flashing like you're ar a disco. That was terrible.

It smelled like cigarettes and we found a couple of hairs in the bathroom, bad experience👎

The bed was not very clean there was trash in the bathroom and chewing gum stuck to multiple surfaces.
If we were in the room much we would not have been comfortable with staying. The first front desk guy was also on his phone the whole time while checking us in.
A minor complaint is that dry oa**eal should not be listed as a complimentary breakfast.

This hotel is a great option. There a lots of dining options and getting to Downtown Boston is very fast and convenient. The overall cleanliness is okay; if you are looking a a little luxury, this is not the place for you.
The best part of this Hotel's location is the Walmart right next door. It's very convenient.

To start they need to offer to check bags, i had to go to a neigbor hotel to check my bag to ensure i would make an appoin**ent. Second, managment needs to learn the customer satisfaction counts for something. 3rd and last, thw room was filthy, the hotel smelled awful, tje miceowave sis not work, the bathroom door hamdle was broke and dis not close, there was hair left all over the tib and shower.
I would never stay at this hotel chain again.
